Is it possible to isolate lower abs standing? This is my weakest muscle group and I would love one of your workouts to do on repeat until I nail it! 🙏🏾❤️
i've been sleep deprived the whole week and could barely find energy to work out. i started doing the 20 minute workouts and always failed to finish them so i figured 5 minutes is better than nothing. with my current low energy it was hard to get through but i am thankful for this video and channel, it makes a difference in my day

I think this 5 mins workout killed me 😂 I like it though since I’m trying to get back to exercising but always get unmotivated from 20mins long exercises. I mean it’s not easy to start exercising again after you’ve stopped for quite a long time.

I am loving the short 5 minute workouts it works for me so well, Thank you again and I will be going through these over the next week as I am part of a Hauora journey which is health journey. After I week I have lost weight and feeling so strong. I went out to the community garden and over the last month I could only do limited movements, now I can squat while harvesting, move more strongly. I have noticed that being vegan has added a little more oompfh in my daily life feeling empowered and confident

Great! Love doing standing ab workouts because most of the times my hips "pop" when doing laying ab excersices. I find it hard to keep my lower back glued to the floor beneath me.

Amazing workout as usual
You bring up a good point. I’ve practiced yoga , ballet, also Pilates style workout on my own for years. Now that I’m older, I can’t put pressure on my wrists or eyes.
But there are many people that can and Nicole’s workouts are balanced.
What I’ve done is pre-viewed classes and ‘saved’ a series of her classes that are wrist & eye friendly. I’ll add this one as well. I have * Move with Nicole* for Pilates and barre. I have * Yoga With Bird * for a slow meditative style of yoga that is gentle for my older body.
