      You'll manage to do one eventually. It just takes practice. There are great tutorials on CZcams on how you can learn to do one step by step

    I love this short workouts!!! I start off thinking “nah I can’t do 30 minutes today, I’ll do 5” then I think “that was so fun, I can do another 5” first abs, then side abs, then arms … before I know it it’s been an hour … as always, thank you! ❤

    This workout was pretty killer. I started out the first 4 minutes strong... then progressively got my butt kicked. Looking forward to the day that your 5-minute targeted videos don't kill me!!!

    I loved this! I really enjoy no repeat workouts because they tend to keep me engaged when it starts to burn. This was a great addition to a 25 minute energizing morning workout that focused more on legs and core. Thank you for another great video Nicole!

    I modify and do wall push-ups due to having recovered from a mild rotator cuff injury and an arthritic knee. I am nearly 70 so have a lot of athletic wear and tear from my youth. I still do about 30-40 minutes of daily exercise of varying types. Thanks for this great workout! Can't wait to try it.

    I love these workouts I always do them after I run on my treadmill and lift some weights for 40-30 mins so it’s nice to this for 5 mins after running

    This was such a good quick upper body burn to tag onto your 35 min pilates vid from yesterday:) You are a dancer so obviously have beautiful posture. I know these exercises definitely help with it too, but would you consider making - or do you have - a video to improve posture? Transitioning from a job on my feet to one where I sit constantly has wrecked my posture!

    Doing this for 1 month
    1 day: ✅ my shoulders were really burning 😭

    Imma do this for 2 weeks and give results
    Day 1: it was hard, i was sweating and it burmed sooooooo much✅️
    Day 2: it burned as much ✅️
    Day 3: i was sick and too tired from work❌️
    Day 4: i can already see changes, i see more toning and it burns alot but i resist better✅️
    Day 5: it was still hard but somehow managed through it✅️
    Day 6: this still hurt, today i had 3h badminton practice so i was exhausted tho✅️

    Starting this today
    Day 1: it was a little hard, my arms burn but it feels good
    Day 2: I literally gave up at the last 3 secs of every workout but i still completed it
