Nicole, a little under one year ago, I challenged myself to complete your entire library of workout videos. I did about 4 per week, and today I completed the final video! 182 in total. That is an incredible accomplishment! I'm doing Nicole's videos in her Moderate playlist, starting with the oldest first. When I finish that series, I'll move on to Moderate/Intermediate. Don't know if I'll ever get to the advanced workouts. I have a damaged knee so there are some moves I can't do. Barre might be gone forever for me, unfortunately, because I love it. Anyway, congrats! I wonder what you are up to now, since your post was 10 months ago.

After doing quite a few of your current workouts I needed a quick ab workout after a 20min yoga flow and stretch class.... this was perfect could really feel the burn and I feel my abs have had a good workout!! :D As this was your first video I may work through them all!!

This is such a great workout!! Despite it being hard it didn't feel frantic which made it more manageable. Thank you for all the videos!! Could you do some more intermediate videos? I'm more than a beginner but haven't quite mastered doing super intense workouts

A great workout even for beginners! How do you keep your lower spine on the floor though? It‘s super hard!
I always try to keep my core super activated and using my lower core, push my lower back into the mat! it takes a lot of practice to get it right, and I always make sure that I never do anything that makes it impossible to keep it on the mat. If that means not lowering my legs as far or raising my upper body up a bit into more of a crunch, then that's what I do and I just slowly work my way up to lowering my legs and chest more

I loved it! Have been at it for a bit less than a week - wondering why I still feel it in my hip flexors and inner thighs even with proper form ??
Yay I'm so happy you loved it! 😊 It's very common to start feeling it in the hip flexors. Especially as the core get's tired and starts to disengage and then the hip flexors want to take over the work. If you concentrate on good form, slower & controlled movements and making sure the movement starts from your core it will help! Same thing with inner thighs but often the inner thigh burn is a welcomed bonus hehe! I hope that helps. Sending you lots of love. xx
