    over the past 2 years, i've taken fitness instruction from as many as 5 different people. i've narrowed it down to 2: yours and laruga glaser's ashtanga yoga half primary series. your knowledge and experience makes for an INTENSE and effective workout without all the fad-ish, distracting hype. you're such a gem. thanks a BUNCH!

    I work out all the time but am super leg dominant. I have such a hard time activating my glutes, even when using machines that are supposed to directly target them. It’s even worse with my left glute ever since pulled my sciatic nerve a few years ago.
    This has been my saving grace, though! My left glute caught fire within a couple minutes! Super excited! Gonna keep this video in my regular rotation!! Thanks so much Nicole!! ✨

    I usually have a lot of trouble activating my glutes in workouts, but I felt them here, I liked this. Do you think it's more effective to do exercises at a slower pace or faster in order to build muscle and tone?

      Def slower because it takes more control to lift and hinge than it would to just use your momentum.

    Ahh, I absolutely loved this one! The booty burn is SO REAL! Especially during the Side Booty exercises in the first part & during the bridges for the base of the butt I was really in pain - but it was soo worth it! THANK YOU!

    Whoaaa this one really fired up my glutes😅👍, I started the yoga Pilates and it's really makes me sweat a lot 😊 I substituted it with my old workout routine. I can see the results likes in my arms till now it is still burning 😅 thank you for this Video Ms.Nicole 😊👍👏👏

    I finished in a crossed leg position and lifting my hands to the sky followed by lowering my hands in a praying position. (Even if you did not do it at the time)

    Hi Nicole, thank you for this workout! Just a quick question, when we do the ‘genie’ I felt it more in my thighs than the glutes, do I need to position my legs at a different angle to feel it more in my glutes?

      This is late, but if anyone sees this, it might be that you are compensating with your things bc your glutes are tired. It might help to take it slower and really focus on your glute (mind muscle connection) and relaxing your shoulders etc.

    When you talk about bringing your ribs down, how do you do that?

      When we are on our hands and knees our back can have a tendency to arch (centre of our torso closer to the mat). When she says 'bring your ribs down' she really means lock in your core so your back is in a straight line(no arching/rounding)

    Hi Nicole! Quick question, in exercise no1 can I skip flexing the foot? I want to avoid growing my calf and I feel that it works better for my needs if I keep my foot relaxed (always in control of my back and abs of course).

    Im new to working out, so i have a question..
    So I definitely felt a burn, but its never my entire glute muscles no matter what exercises I've tried.
    I always just feel it around the area were the muscles meets the hip bone and around the bottom area of the glute. Is this what is suppose to happen?
    Or should my entire bum be on fire.
    This is the first workout that has had the most burning..so if i do this consistently, will my whole bum be on fire overtime?

      What you feel at the moment is completely normal! It can be difficult to feel your whole bum on fire with one exercise because exercises normally target one area of the glutes, however combining movements that work the base and outer glutes (like this class) can hopefully help you feel that entire glute burn! Hope that makes sense. 😊❤️
