    As someone recovering from an eating disorder/exercise addiction these classes have really changed my life for the better! I love that Nicole doesn't talk about fat loss, "shrinking" certain body parts, or talking about diet. 🙌The focus on strength and flexibility is super beneficial, it makes me keep coming back for my mental and physical health! I've noticed my posture has improved greatly since starting pilates, and the 20-30 min classes are perfect for me as someone who used to workout 2+ hours a day with my eating disorder. Thank you for your videos Nicole! 💖

    For years, I’ve struggled to develop a good relationship with my body and working out so I’ve never fully committed to any workout regimen. However, Nicole has made me look forward to working out. I actually love following along to these videos, I love the way I feel afterward, and the cherry on top is that I’m actually experiencing real results both mentally and physically. I’ve been watching her for about a year now and needless to say, I won’t be stopping any time soon.

    I love having these shorter workouts thrown in every once in a while! I'm not always 100% energized each day, but I always find it nice to move my body in some way. These shorter classes are great for that!

    Thank you for the wonderful workout! I love the 20 minute workouts! It’s easier for me to do two or three 20 minutes per day than one 45 or 50 so this was perfect.
    The ending was beautiful and uplifting. I am very grateful that I am starting to see changes in my body. Definition in my back and thigh muscles, arms and abs. I’m over 50 and proving to myself that consistently sticking with Pilates works! We do not have to run for miles or lift heavy to stay strong, flexible and defined. Thank you for your work Nicole!

    Girl you're making my body feel and look so beautiful. You inspire me to keep practicing pilates only for myself, not for anyone else. I also started incorporating yoga right after to stretch and wind down right after. All for who? Myself! Thank you for making pilates so welcoming, approachable, and relaxing. :)

    day 1 ✅
    day 2 ✅ (I haven't worked out in a while, it feels so good!)
    day 3 ✅ I woke up with sore muscles from yesterday haha
    day 4 ✅ It was a bit harder this time to do, but I did it :)
    day 5 ✅ Idk if its placebo but I feel like my posture is better already
    day 6 ❌ I partied the night before and was way too tired
    day 7 ❌ I went hiking all day
    day 8 ✅
    day 9 ✅
    day 10 I was feeling a bit down today. My muscles were sore from climbing lesson. I did 10 minutes yoga instead.
    day 11✅ the work out felt so good today!
    day 12✅ I went bouldering and did some pilates beforehand to warm up
    day 13❌ Slacking a bit. Went winter swimming and didn't feel like doing anything else that day.
    day 14❌ Went on a trip all day.
    day 15❌ Felt ill and on my period and probably also just didn't feel like it
    day 16✅ Still not feeling the best. But I did it and I am happy I did.
    day 17✅

      i recommend watching keltie o’connor so you can learn the balance of different exercises. basically you don’t need to do pilates everyday but you do need to fulfill 5 areas which are resistance, flexibility, play, (there’s 2 others but i forgot) . pilates is in between resistance and flexibility

    if i have learned anything in my fitness journey, its find a movement routine that you truly enjoy and you will look forward to doing it everyday. when you are doing workouts that leave you feeling depleted rather than refreshed you will find excuses to not do them. but nicoles pilates vids, my local reformer classes, and daily walks get me so excited to move my body that i actually crave it.

    I've tried this class for the first time today, since i couldn't bring myself to work out for a long time now and felt so bad about myself. Today I was finally able to to it and to really let myself go. It was so relieving that i started crying in the last pose. Thank you for that!! I will continue to do your classes from now on. I really needed that

      I watched a video about how us women have 4 cycles in a month of energetic and social levels that reflect our moon time etc. The wife of the impact theory guy has a lady on talking about menstral cycles. She says that we should not always have to go full throttle. Take it easy. So often we follow the super fueled men’s active schedules and think if we don’t catch up we are just not doing enough or lazy. That’s how I used to feel anyway. Sometimes doing less is best!

    I have quit smoking weed, and therefor got the energy back to start your pilates videos again after a couple of motnhs. This was a perfect starter. I feel refreshed, calmed and happy. Thankyou x

    Hello Nicole, much too late I recognized your chanel. I'm a 58 year old fan from Germany and follow you since may this year. Until may 2010 I had been a very sporty woman but an accident stopped me. It was extremely hard for me to be handicaped and not beeing able to do any sports further on. But as a professional sportswoman I didn't want to accept this situation and though no one believed in me I became more and more sporty again. Since 3 years I practice pilates following different CZcams chanels. None has been so fantastic as yours. I Adobe your body controle and your strength, I view you as a masterpiece . Thank you so much for each moment that you share with us!!

    I’ve done this workout twice now, you always catch me off guard with the place your hand on your chest and stomach and think about three things you are grateful for. Each time it’s left me with an over whelming sense of love and admiration for what I do have in life. I’ve never had a workout routine and this had made me so happy to get up with the sun and workout for not only the physical benefits your classes offer but the mental health benefits as well.     Hi Nicole! I had my second baby in Dec 2020 which was also a second C section. I have always been very repulsive of working out and getting fit because I thought it was not for me. But once I started your workouts in March this year, I connected like magic with you and your soothing voice. Now I can't stay without working out at least four times in a week and the results are showing too! Thanks a lot for making me fall in love with working out and for improving my overall fitness.     I remember the first time when I did it with this video, I was so sweaty and had to stop in the middle.     Hi Nicole, thank you for this class. You don’t have much (or only this?) shorter morning yoga classes. But they are lovely to do a weekday when I feel my body needs more waking up than with a regular shorter lesson. So I hope you can you another one and again thank you for this lesson.     Here I am again this morning. I had a very long dream last night with my deceased uncle and aunt and I feel like I didn't sleep at all the whole night. It was great seeing both of them in my dream. After I woke up, I just felt really tired. I still keep on doing this pilates video to start my day and it makes me feel real that I'm not in the dream anymore (sorry I'm just nagging here by myself :)

    so thankful for this video Nicole. I love running and weightlifting but I've been very sick for the past few weeks and I can't do neither of them. I really wanted to move but I couldn't find anything that didn't make me feel worse. This workout brought me back to life, feeling my muscles working again brought me a lot of joy and the stretches that were scattered throughout the video felt amazing after days in bed.

    Dear Nicole, I just have to say how grateful I am for what you do 🙏🏽 I’m having a really hard time recovering from two fractured vertebrae from a bouldering accident and today I was able to do almost all movements of this Pilates class which is not only a big step for me but also way more than I would have hoped for at this point! Thank you so much for doing what you do, giving us all the opportunity to move and feel our bodies even if they are (literally😂) broken 🙏🏽♥️🥰

    I normally only do your low impact workouts but I did this one today and absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for doing this! It’s really the only Pilates channel that I enjoy.

    I love this short workout that focuses on the whole body🧘‍♀️. I love especially the scenery, that just does something extra for me, I have all of your beach videos on my list, so please keep making videos on the beach 🏖 I also have to say they way you move and your voice just makes everything seem easy and calming, so keep at it😊

    You’re the absolute best Nicole! As a ballet dancer, I always appreciate your ability to share precise technique and form behind all the movements, no matter the workout genre.       Ex-ballet dancer who still spends her life on the balls of her feet. No one before Nicole taught me that I should be pressing through my heels when squatting---crucial!

    Love your workouts sweet Nicole! There is something so special about you and the way you make us feel calm and peaceful while doing exercise. I have never experienced a form of exercise that made me feel energised afterwards instead of exhausted. That is why I am in love with pilates and this is thanks to you!     OMGGGG that mermaid pose with the extra stretches felt AMAZING. Really didn't want to do any movement this morning so picked a short video and so glad I did. Was PERFECT to warm up my body but not work it too intensely. Thanks Nicole
