To everyone who struggled with this workout: You donât have to be out of shape to have a hard time with this. Iâm in good shape for alot of thingsâŠbut this has some things that were very hard for me. Focus on having good posture, donât give up. It will get easier with practice! And if you arenât at your physical best, be proud of yourself for trying these moves, they are hard!!!
I weight train 3 times a week and it was not easy at all for me. I managed to complete it but it was hard.
Oh my gosh, glad to know it wasn't just me! I struggled with that second to last exercise!
After a couple of weeks of Nicole's workouts, I definitley feel strength and mobility gains. At first it was crazy hard but its getting better for me â€â€
I don't know how people are calling this gentle. This is hard AF. Unless you are using lame technique

@@sandeepkaur-vk7jh Hey! I know I am not the person you asked, however when I saw your question I felt compelled to give you an answer!
I have been doing (only) Nicoleâs pilates classes 3 times a week for about 6 months and let me tell you, it changed my life. Now answering your question, I personally felt the following changes: felt more energized after working out and overall during the day, improved my sleep, gained flexibility and mobility, looked forward eating more healthy food and actually felt proud and grateful towards myself and life. About weight loss, pilates reduced a bit my apetite for âjunk foodâ and it basically put me in a very light calorie deficit (I burn a bit more calories than I eat) so in this 6 months I lost 2kg.

PS: About body toning, I was already a bit skinny but NEVER had defined abs even while doing cardio, only pilates granted me that.

I am 74. Been doing various types of yoga (Iyengar, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin) over the last 45 years. All the harder maybe to put up with sagging skin, dwindling muscles and aching knees.
My granddaughter introduced me to your videos.
I knew straightaway they were good for me. Guess what: after a 3-week daily practice, even though the change may not show from the outside, I feel an inner swing from the pelvic floor and balance is steadier. Iâll certainly keep going. Merci Nicole!

Honestly, I've been doing this for a couple weeks now and today I cried after finishing the workout. It was a super emotional realization that getting to release my stress, work hard and rest hard through these workouts, I'm taking care of myself in the same gentle velocity that I often hope other people will do. Thank you for teaching me to love myself in the best way possible!!!
A tip for anyone who struggles to get through all the sets, I usually like to slow down my reps and just focus on the breath and getting the most out of my form, your muscles will still feel it, but this makes it so you donât necessarily have to stop if things become too difficult :) (I still have to stop sometimes because man Nicole is fit)
These classes are amazing! As a man, I feel self conscious going to a group class in person, but being able to do these at home is great.

I'm an eleven year old and your workouts are so inspiring, enjoyable, and motivating.†My favorite workout that you have posted was the 35 minute dancer sculpt workout. I felt like I was improving my balance, flexibility, and strength. I have to wake up at 5:20 am to workout cause of school, so I also find your morning workouts perfect for me. Iâm gonna try doing this for a month so hereâs my progress!!
Day 1 : I was struggling so bad omg like toes curling shaking and all and I wanted to give up at least 15 times I also wasnât able to do some parts properly without collapsingâŠâŠ but that just means I have more to improve! Iâll be back tomorrow:D
Day 2 : I have to be honest I wanted to give up before I even startedâŠ. After every exercise I was thinking I should just finish it early but I did the whole thing and I feel great and very proud of myself, I was still really struggling with some of the exercises but some felt sooo much easier than yesterday! Day 3 : It was hard getting out of bed to do this haha but I feel great!
Day 4: itâs so easy now i feel good!!
Day 5: i feel better physically and like iâve noticed i bloat less now!

Iv done it 15 times and it has not got easier
Iâve been doing this class every morning for the past week and I canât believe how my posture is getting so much better and Iâm actually getting better at doing the movements too. Donât give up, just focus on breathing and practice and overtime youâll get so much betterâ€â€

After doing Pilates for so many years something I really appreciate since starting your videos is the focus on the breath work with each move. I think during in person classes Iâm was never able to focus much on my breathing but WOW what a difference it makes!!! Girl your workouts have significantly positively changed my life. Nicole I am 68 & love your classes. I have been doing them for a couple of years now. I love the mobility and have done your classes while travelling - Uganda, Fiji, East Timor, Solomon Islands. At home I do "pyjama pilates" beside the bed & before walking the dog. Exercise done for the day! Fabulous & thanks

This class was simply amazing! I feel so good. I'm a yoga instructor, so I've been trying to incorporate more pilates routines, and this flow was honestly the perfect intertwinement of strength and flexibility. thank you for this video! I am recovering from a double knee procedure and am used to intense barre, yoga, and weight training. I decided to search for 'mat pilates' and discovered this. it was a beautiful series and I feel so much better and stronger from being able to do most of this without pain! I will be following your other workouts now!
Nicole, you have no idea how much I needed this and how much this helped me. Iâve been having such a tough time and things felt like they were spinning out of control. I needed to do something that was âfor meâ and remembered that I downloaded this video. Oh my gosh it was just what I needed. It felt like the best self care and like I gave my soul a hug lol.
