as someone who struggles a lot with body image, which makes trying to be more healthy and fit really mentally/emotionally exhausting, i really appreciate that your videos aren’t focused on achieving a certain body type but rather on the movements and how the exercises will make you feel. i love the variety and it’s amazing that you’re able to achieve a level of effectiveness that doesn’t feel punishing or exhausting! thank you so much 💕
I appreciate that she does that too, to keep things accessible. The irony is that, I love working out, but every time I watch one of these videos, I find myself cursing under my breath at least three times *because it feels punishing and exhausting to me!* Which is probably just a sign that I should practice until it becomes easier.

I don't have time for morning exercise, with two little kids and a full time job from 7 am. So I do your morning or no-morning pilates when I put my kids to sleep, and that means 9 pm. This was so difficult for me to do! I started with your beginner pilates workout and thought I could do this. I did, but it was so hard! I am grateful for the challenge though and I love how your videos make me feel during and after! I also love how your videos make me feel comfortable enough to challenge myself. I had no motivation to workout today, but still pushed myself. I am sweating buckets!
This was my first attempt at a moderate class after starting on the beginner playlist and I found it such a jump, quite dispiriting… I thought it would be a good one to start with as it was billed for morning 😅 Did you find any of the moderate classes relatively easy for someone just moving up?
@@pixamixify it took a while, but eventually it did get easier. There are days where I still struggle though lol
@@pixamixify I just moved to moderate! The one I struggled with the most was the pushup while having the leg up! I can't seem to maintain proper balance with that. Hopefully it gets easier over time!
Same here. Finished the beginner series and then attempted this one. It was definitely challenging. I had to take a lot of breaks. I will repeat this one a few times before moving on. I struggled with this one, but we will all get there one day. Hang in there everyone!
This was a harder workout than expected but still enjoyable with fatigued muscles! A great one if you want a proper workout but feel a little depleted

For each minute I workout with Nicole, I am Nicole. Strong, lean, flexible. As if I am looking in a mirror. It’s a beautiful feeling. I hope to do better at carrying that feeling beyond the workouts, to love my own body for all that it can do.

I used to be consistent with my yoga and home workout routine, but due to my busy schedule, I had to stop. Recently, I stumbled upon Pilates and decided to give it a try. Thanks to this channel, following Pilates exercises, has become easy. I always feel amazing after completing the workout, and I am striving to be consistent so that I can build strength and improve my overall health.💪

I have a small room and my hands and feet are hitting the bed and cabinet during class. I say it adds more flexibility to my body as I avoid the corners of the furniture during leg raises and other wide leg/arm movements. Great exercise Nicole!

This was amazing! My butt/legs and thighs burned and my abs were on fire during the ab exercises. My back and my arms were also super engaged and burning - thank you for this amazing full-body Pilates workout. I feel AMAZING and so accomplished now
