Your Pilates and yoga exercises make me feel the healthiest I ever was. Doing too much cardio or weight lifting was putting too much stress on my body. I was having problems with falling asleep, felt really stressed and down. Nothing like this happens to me when I follow your videos. This is so true for me too! I was doing all the usual workouts for at least 6 months, 5 days a week and not feeling great in my body. 2 months of Pilates have already done wonders for me! Nicole is the best that I have tried.
Too much strenuous exercise like that actually damages the metabolism and mitochondria. That's why I stick to doing workouts like these now and my body has never felt better 🙏
Same thing with me. This helped me get my strength back and slowly build my body back to fitness after being sick for some time and failing to go on my normal runs and gym sessions. Thank you Nicole

You are right. Actually over training and putting stress on your body damages your metabolism and mitochondria. You can still get an effective workout without putting stress on the body. I love her videos ☺

I've started doing pilates 3 times a week consistently for the past 3ish months now...I can see my abs coming in, my booty is getting more lifted and my jeans are fitting better ^_^ perfect way to start the day

The little leg circles and sweeping the leg back and forward with the arms after the mermaid flow definitely fired up my lower half, especially with the lifting of the leg afterwards for 10 additional sections! That series burned my thighs and butt muscles to a crisp.

Any time I’m really sore from weightlifting the day before I’m hesitant to do a workout the next day, but this was so perfect! There is such a good focus on warm up and stretch in this morning session. This was just what I needed before work!
