The more I watch, the more I finish nearly in tears! It's like doing these classes is unlocking doors in my mind to a level of peace that I didn't know needed to be opened. Woke up super tired today, and chose this one because I needed a break while still working hard- I LOVE how you're able to teach muscle connection here, I've never felt more focused on what muscles and bones I'm moving through YEARS of working out, and I feel like I was able to bond with my physiology today in a way I've yet to experience in my little life. Thank you!!!

This was EXACTLY what I needed this morning! I loved that this workout was gentle, but challenging at the same time. I really felt the burn in my glutes and legs/thighs, and my abs were on fire during the abs series. THANK YOU for this amazing full-body workout!

This was my first time doing Pilates in years. I was obsessed in high school, as in I had a problem. I did Pilates for 2 hours a day, and barely ate. Now, nearly 10 years later, I’m coming back to it. This time with a fueled body and a balanced mindset. I loved the vibe of your practice- just challenging enough for a beginner and just chill enough to make me want more.
Perfect timing, just in recovery after three weeks off training due to sickness and surgery, thanks for guiding me through the reconnection of my body and mind.

I've been following your classes for years and apart from working the body in the best way possible they are so comforting for the soul as well! This time I wasn't feeling good emotionally at all and started to cry during the class but I think it calmed me in the end

After a week of having a skin injury (burn blisters) and not working out I was really craving some low impact movement. This was exactly what I needed slow and mindful movement, no rushing or too many adjustments. At the end I even got a little emotional from the guitar music. Keep up the good work Nicole❤

After two pregnancies, the last one being two years ago, I haven't worked out at all. I'm always busy with the kids or the household. But I decided at the end of 2023 that this year I want to do some pilates at home, 3 times a week. I'm only 27 but feel like an old lady sometimes, so stiff, tense and sore from the daily routines lol. Just finised this video being my first exercise, this felt great! Thank you and looking forward to use more of your videos!

I was scrolling through a bunch of your workouts and couldn’t find the patience for anything, really. Just felt super frustrated with myself and couldn’t bring myself to enjoy any of the movements without my usual calm. So I eventually settled on this since it’s focus was for feeling /good/, and though it took a little time for me to melt into the right mindset for this, it ended up being amazing. I just had a procedure and have been feeling weak though i have been doing daily activities however i know i won't be able to do pilates as I used to (yet) till i gain full body strength again slowly and steady.
