Sending a big thank you. A doctor evaluating a recent MRI asked why my back was so much better than it was four years ago (I'm in my 50s). He said, "What have you been doing?" I told him I changed from all cardio workouts and walking to pilates and yoga. I knew my back was better but didn't really realize I could stop the progression of arthritis that has plagued my mom. Just wanted you to know what good work you are doing!

What a fabulous post! So motivating to everyone. I’m in my fifties and I was doing a shoulder stretch and felt a pop in my shoulder. OUCH! I sat up and rotated my shoulder like you do and COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I have never had full rotation and my left side was always weaker. Never noticeable to others, I just thought it was the way I was made. NO! I had a bike wreck in 3rd grade- 1973 and broke my collarbone. I bet that a tendon or something got jolted and was sitting wrong ALL THESE YEARS and that stretch I’d never done (lay on stomach with arms out and roll left so right leg goes over left and should is stretched.) POPPED IT BACK IN PLACE! NOW I have FULL ROTATION AND MOVEMENT of my left arm from the shoulder for the first time in 50 years! Yoga has been phenomenal for me in keeping me limber, flexible and able to live just like I did when I was 30 but the shoulder was a true gift. I cried. I just couldn’t believe it. All those years. SMH
Sometimes all I have is 20 mins or less so I LOVE these short workouts where I still can move my body daily. Thanks Nicole! ❤

Started my morning with this lovely yoga flow and ended my evening with this after your oldie but goodie quick 10 minute HIIT workout. I’ve recently lost my father and I was struggling with such a big loss in my life. My dad was my source of strength. There has been nothing that centers me , quiets my mind, and strengthens me more than your workouts. It’s become part of my daily meditation and I am ever so grateful to you for it. ❤

I have been struggling with the simplest things lately, so I'm trying to make myself get back to my routine of doing one of your yoga videos each morning. I already feel less anxiety and don't feel quite so down after doing this one. Thank you for making these calm and beautiful - I feel like it helps my mind be at peace at a time when I just want to stay in bed.
wow, this just made me realize how bad my flexibility is. Im glad I found your channel, i’ve been meaning to improve that aspect. I think with more pilates and yoga, i’ll get there eventually

@Jennifer O thank you for the comment :) Yes, I have seen her weekly plans. I love her yoga practices, and all of the plans are concentrated on pilates. And I am just dreaming about plans concentrated on yoga 💜 I know she probably won't do that but maybe I am not the only one dreamer 🤗

I love incorporating your yoga flow workouts into my weekly routine. I have chronic back pain and sometimes this is all I need. I would love more Pilates yoga flow workout and if some could be longer that would be great too😊

I am so enjoying your short workouts before I teach a high impact class. I've been missing the strength and stretch that these provide for my body. When I do not teach, I will do a longer class which really provides a different intense workout than what I am used to and I can feel the different ways in which my muscles are being used and challenged.
