My first time doing yoga showed me that I was more out of shape than I thought! I wasnt able to do all of these, but what matters is taking that first step, and the second, and every one after!

I 100% feel you I workout 3-5x a week yet I sweating trying to do these moves and couldn’t really do all of them but at least we trying to better ourselves gotta start somewhere

@@rabianoor9050 Yeah I can these days. At the start/first few attempts it can be tough but if you keep practising, you're thighs will feel fine!

This ist exactly what I needed! I always try take some time out of my day for yoga or pilates but on some days it is difficult to find 30-40 relaxed minutes so this is perfect... Can't wait to try this flow but I'm sure afterwards I am going to feel amazing as always after your workouts😍🙏🏼

Getting back into yoga for mental and physical stress release. I miss my mat! I'm a fan of yin and gentle yoga and also need the atmosphere to be calming in videos. This was perfect!!! Thank you for waking up my body in such a nice way.

I am in love with all of your yoga session videos and I absolutely loved this session too! Your peaceful voice and the minimal talking really enhanced the experience. Doing yoga on the beach was such a beautiful touch. Hope will do it someday on the beach too. This session has changed my life, I had a really serious disc bulge and extreme sciatica and couldn’t play golf or any sport, I’ve be doing these sessions with Nicole for 2 months now and I feel stronger in my core and I’m much more flexible, I’m back playing golf what I never thought would happen…
But most of all I’m maintaining the

I'm a yoga instructor, and I 100% approve and LOVED this flow! I did this after an ab workout this morning, and it was the perfect way for me to still build additional strength while opening my hips and stretching through my hamstrings!

it is a great yoga make you totally awake and warm. But I wasn’t expect this intensity for this morning yoga, feel like more suit for someone want to get ready to go out / start work /workout than someone try to get a stretch to start off the day. Anyway a juicy lovely yoga would save it for different morning warm up need, thank you nicole

As a visual, not an auditory, learner this was very hard to follow because there wasn’t enough time between movements
Repetition makes it easier ♡ Coming from a visual learner too 😊 Doing this every morning made me better with the flow and allowed me to connect to my body rather that the video.
Don’t be discouraged, practice and repetition make it easier to follow, be patient with yourself, you are introducing your body, senses and mind to a new learning experience!
I play the videos at .75 speed and it really helps

i love doing these on low energy. at the beginning, doing the ripples was so hard. my knees were bent, my body was tired and it took a lot out of me. when we returned to the ripples again by the end, i could do them better, no bent knees and it felt so nice. i could significantly tell the energising difference! thank you so much for these classes ♡ ♡

I stopped doing yoga for about a year because, well, life. I've been struggling with a VERY stiff lower back and this video was PERFECT. I was able to get some stretching in, but I didn't find myself needing to come out of the pose like I do in most videos. Thank you so much for this practice, I will be referring to it for a while!

A second Nicole session after an pilates hitt work out. This is a lovely session, colour voice music atmosphere close to stunning., My first yoga flow with Nicole. Despite being away from yoga for many years due to back problems, (the longer powerful poses can cause spasms) this was a good way in. Hopefully ill think so tomorrow and do some more and who knows at some point manage to rock in those swans!
