    That was wonderful! I am a little bit relieved that no one saw how I fell right onto my side when you said":if you want a deeper stretch see if you can bind both hands together"...I got tangled up with my arms and legs, fell down and had to pause the entire video😅. Thank you as always for a new and exciting workout!

    Got up at 4 am to take work calls and I pushed myself to move onto the mat for this stretch. Didn't have any expectation when I started but this 20 min turned me into a wonderful state of mind again - grateful and relaxed. What's even better is reading all the positive comments from people around the world. What a beautiful community you have here. Thank you Nicole.

    just perfect. I'm not and expert in Yoga but want to learn. I do a lot of Pilates considering I'm 71 yrs. old I'm pretty flexible. Thank you Nichole for all your good work.

    This is the most efficient yoga video out there! Packed a lot of punch in 20 minutes but left me feeling very relaxed and energized!

    I love these 15 to 20 min yoga sequences to do in the morning. Just short and intense enough. Thank you so very much. Love the way you teach and the way you explain everything. Even when i don't have the TV just listening to you i am able to do the routine. Can't thank you enough😍🙏

    Dear Nicole
    I am a morning Person through and through. So normally I do energizing sports in the early Morning.
    But today, was a very stressful and taxing day and I did not want to take all that negative feelings to bed with me and I started to look for something relaxing to take my mind off things.
    I am very happy and thankful for your class which brought me back to myself - thank you so much 😘😘!!
    Tomorrow, I will start my day with one of your energizing pilates lessons 😊.
