Loved this workout! I couldn't do each pose, often I had to take breaks. But that's fine! I'm reminding myself that all the little bits help and that trying is the most important thing!

I must admit, I have been missing the more yoga based videos! I swear you can tell when I lose focus on my breath. You have a way of bringing me back to my center and pushing me to do my best!

This was hard, but I loved it! I started doing your classes at the end of october and back then I was dealing with strong pain in my right hip since almost a year. It was stopping me from having my beloved daily walks and it was starting to be a serious issue in my daily life. I want you to know that the pain is gone now and also for the first time in my life I am able to do push ups - not using my knees! Your classes make me stronger, healthier and happier. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of these classes. I’m a former full time dancer and have craved dancer energy in my life now that I’m in a 9-5 job. Finding your classes is one of the best things that’s happened in my life this past year.
I have hyperextended elbows so some of the side planks were hard and I had to improvise but I made it through with so breaks. Thank you Nicole!

Usually i hate yoga workouts because everything is kinda difficult and fast transitioning in between movements.. People are not guiding me properly and explaining while doing it... With you it's complete opposite. You are guiding me through entire workout, I'm just listening to your voice and finally I'm able to follow... With you I'm starting to love pilates and yoga. I found your workouts about 8 weeks ago. I am 51 and wanted to work on my flexibility, especially in my hips! I had never done Pilates only yoga… which always felt too slow to me. Wow! I haven't done yoga or pilates in about 5 years and started with this video at home. Done it twice so far. It is kicking my butt in a good way. Maybe I should have started with something a little easier but when I can do this routine all the way through I will know I am at the next level. I have to take some pauses throughout but the second time was easier than the first. I know next time it'll be even easier after a rest day.
