I did it! It took a month and a half of doing it (almost) every day, but today I did the entire video without dropping my legs or skipping any reps! Just like Nicole! And twenty minutes from midnight on new year's eve no less. Thanks Nicole!

@@celinealbunni4430 Yes! I'm down almost fifteen pounds from when I started doing this video, although that's also from gym sessions and tracking calories. But I'm starting to see my abs, and that's all Nicole!

Yes! I did it every day and I let myself cheat a little until I could gradually do it. Like putting my feet down during the transitions, even pausing it for a break if you have to. Then as you get better you can work on copying her exactly until one day you nail it! You got this!
I wasn't gonna workout today but I saw that it was only 8 minutes long so I decided to do it, and I feel like you tricked me into doing more work than I thought I was gonna do hahah thank you đ

As an older man trying to get back into great shape (almost there) a lady friend suggested Pilates. I giggled and said "Guys don't do Pilates. That's for girls ." So I watch some videos and quickly come to Nicole's. I start by reading the comments, of which one of the first is this one about decor. I decided to try it out anyway. OMG! I'm going to be in pain tomorrow. I'm hooked. And you're right. The colors are delightful!

I was getting bored of normal ab workouts, and just not really getting the results I was looking for. So I decided to try out Pilates, and let me say, I love it already. It is so much more calming yet I still feel that burn. She does all the exercises so gracefully, it's genuinely beautiful!

I combined this one with a barre workout and it was wonderful! I currently have 3 pins in my left wrist but after three weeks of not doing anything, I needed to do your classes to feel good again đđ. My body missed it. I was very careful and of course couldnât do anything pertaining to being on my hands and elbows but who cares!! Lol! See you tomorrow! â€ïžđđœđđœââïž
My abs were literally on fire half way through video...last move almost did me in, but I pushed through. I Combined this with one of your oldie but goodie 15 minute đ video. Thank you Nicole for that soft encouraging voice of yours through a hell-fire 9 minute ab routine đ
I sincerely hope I do the correct form when I do this, maybe I dont have the burning because Ive been taking breaks after each move. :(

Hello, Iâm so sorry I never got this notification. Honestly, I would do it four times a week for as long as I can and I usually hibernate for the winter and it definitely tones my abs. If you do it consistently within two weeks youâll notice the difference as you can tell, I still use her videos!â€
I did 14 days straight and Iâm so happy with the results Iâve gotten! Iâm going another 14 to see what I awaits me đđ

My word this is a hard workout! I love how your short workouts are still intense and worth it! I used this one to tack onto another 2 short workouts that I had done. Your are my favorite go to for exercise now. Your cueing is perfect and it's the first time in a long time that I've felt my abs work hard since I stopped doing aerial dance. Thank you!
I love how your instructions are so clear- the most important thing about Pilates.
Itâs so easy to disregard some important points when you are focusing on the move; your instructions keep me in line and focused.

Outstanding! I felt this. This workout is effective because it starts out by encouraging ab engagement by isolating work to the powerhouse. Otherwise, you can do crunches till the cows come home and not feeling anything other than a pain in the neck. 8 mins of effective training is better than 10 or 20.

I've done this class a couple of times and you can definitely feel the lower abs fire up. It's a super class to do when you're short on time but you want to fit in a quick and blast. đ

This is much harder than it looks but Iâve noticed results already and Iâve only done it a few times. A lot of workouts donât target this area. Great workout Iâll be doing more of This till I can do it all the way without stopping

This was humbling haha :D I've been doing a Pamela Reif ab workout for 5 weeks now and I've improved so much (from laughing troughout the whole workout because it was so ridiculously hard to being able to do the whole workout without interruptions and kind of enjoying it), but this one here makes me feel like I'm starting all over again.

I just love how meditative your voice is. It could be a cardio getting you in a pool of sweat but your voice is so soothing that there is no stress whatsoever! I typically end your sessions with like 5 minutes of mindfulness thanks to your calming cool down.

Thank you, thank you, THANK you! I am 7 weeks post-hip replacement, and I find that short workouts work best for my ongoing rehab. I used many of your videos to stay strong and positive before surgery; I am sure that they contributed to my ability to get moving afterward. Hip #2 will be replaced next month, and I will again use your wonderfully creative and fluid sessions after that one.
I recently herniated some discs and your workouts have helped me so much to build strength and limber my spine back up. I love that all your workouts leave me feeling like I really worked out but donât make my bones hurt the next day.

Very nice workout. It felt gentle yet effective! I like the stretch at the end too; so many online videos don't include them and it's so easy to skip doing it on your own!
Tracking my one month progress
:Day1: SOO hard, I feel the burn in my ab , had to take a one or two pauses in between workouts , got too tired and decided to just give up on the last workout position. But I do feel like this is a promising workout and I will def see ab after one month if I do this continuously everyday.
