I really felt the burn đ„ this was great
Iâve done this workout for about 3 months (2-3 times a week) with a combination of cardio, doing 5-6 workouts of yours per workout, and a somewhat low carb diet plan. Iâve lost over an inch in my arms as well as 12 lbs. even though I havenât lost much weight on the scale, my body has changed DRAMATICALLY and Iâm loving it. I am so glad Iâve found this channel

So much variety, I usually get bored doing arm workouts because of the repetition, but this one is ABSOLUTE FUN!!

I've done this workout plus the bat wing workout from Tracy Campoli for a week now and I just have to say that my arms look way more tonner! My arms have always been my biggest insecurity and I can now finally go out in public wearing a tank top without feeling self-conscious about my arms. Also tip- I got faster results when I added weights to this workout! I also cut off from eating sugar and junk food and only ate healthy snacks with a lot of protein which also made the results come faster!
