  • Ok because I have been getting soooo many requests i have caved and am giving you another butt and thigh toning class this week. This time we are doing my favourite 4 point kneeling but and thigh exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles.

    Bailey, I love all of your videos, I am so thankful for you! I’m looking for the underbutt workouts, there was one posted under the 5 Minute Workout category & now I can’t find it. It was from a few years ago, I was doing it everyday, it’s dynamite. Can it be put back on your channel, pretty please? 💕

      I noticed a lot of the old videos aren’t the best quality or my teaching style anymore so I’m not comfortable having them up! A lot of the new classes have similar moves to any I removed from my channel and I’ll try to post more on CZcams soon, so hopefully you enjoy them 💕

      ​@@BaileyBrownhow to lose upper side butt fat with pilates? Fat is somwhere where gluteus medius is, and over the hip on the side. It's not butt fat and it's not waist fat like love handles. Thank you. : )

      Those workouts no longer align with what I believe in representing on my channel. They are also filmed on iphone and very bad quality so I am not comfortable having them online. I'll film some new workouts with similar exercises soon :)
