- Hi guys! This workout has been SO requested! These are all the most effective workout to grow your side booty and hips to fill in hip dip area! Hip dips are totally normal and genetic/ just how certain bodies are shaped. I have them!! There's NOTHING wrong with them at all but these workouts will help to shape the side booty over time with consistency.

day 1: it burned so much it genuinely hurt and this workout really targeted my hip dips. i naturally have them and this really helped. i saw a slight difference and i drank a bunch of water during the day. i’m also on a diet but i would recommend eating more calories than you burn to help gain weight in that area. but remember not to eat too much! thanks bailey! like to help me update! :)
day 2: okay guys so second day. it definitely didn’t get easier and it burnt more than yesterday but i am legit seeing small results. i would 10/10 reccomend this because it’s quick and effective! ty bailey! xx
day 3: okay so day 3, it got a bit easier because i guess i just got used to it. i am actually seeing results as i go along. i also went on a huge walk so i was exhausted but i did it anyway for ya’ll

@@keirawlsn_8003 look-wise, it shouldn't affect your thighs too much like a normal thigh workout would, since you mostly feel the burn near your hips, but you'll probably get a bit stronger in your thighs!
I did this exercise along with a few of your other 5 minute workouts back in November and saw some changes. Now that it’s a new year, I want to start working on myself and try to get my dream body.

If you’re new here and you’re wondering if this works, the answer is YES. It works so well. I’m just one month in and I’ve seen really good results. I started seeing results after 2 weeks of doing it. I combine it with another side booty workout on this channel so in total I do 10mins of Bailey Brown’s side booty workout and it works like magic. Never seen such good results before. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬

this works wonder !!! I've been doing this for around 10 days straight and I can clearly see a big difference ( I've always had a booty but now it's even more toned on the sides) I'm so glad I got quick results from this short workout :)). It's really effective guys and only 5min so you have no excuses to get that booty !! You can do it ! 💪

When I tell you this is my favorite hip dip workout and it’s only 5 mins. This is my third of fourth time on this video and I feel the burn every time. This is my second week on this video so I hope I see results soon.

Omg in complete honesty I would search up workouts and see your workouts and think "how can a 5 min workout be very effective" and usually scrolled past them. Well today I decided to give this one a try and I've never felt a burn the way this workout burned while doing other 10 min workouts. I'm so mad at myself for not giving your workouts a try sooner. This was amazing! I'm going to do it 2 more times tonight. I'm so excited to try some more!!!

It’s only my first time trying but I absolutely love this workout!! I’ve been working on specifically hipdips, thighs, and booty for a while now and started to struggle to find such a simple workout that actually felt like it worked. This workout is perfect no equipment, and not much space or time needed. Also, the encouragement along the way is so nice and motivating.

Just wow! I've been doing your butt lift workouts, plus a few and/obliques and they are incredibly quick and effective. I thought I'd been through them all except for this one (I thought "hip dips" were like "butt lifts" so I always ignored it)
So, considering I didn't even know what "hip dips" were before I finally decided to watch this one, i not only learned something new but was just "wowed" yet again with how absolutely well this burns!!

@Bridget McBride After two weeks my hip dips were not even noticeable. So yes it will take away your hip dip. Your not gonna see results like quickly but you’ll see results with time.

Wonderful little workout. I do the second half of the exercise (for one side) twice, on my left leg; because I’m having some coordination issues on that side, which indicates weakness. It seems twice as effective if I keep my lower abs engaged throughout.

Day 1: have medium hip dips , first workout wasn’t too hard but definelty felt the burn on the pulses
Day 2: once again, felt the burn on the pulses 🔥 also was more tired on second side :) noticing small differences 🤞🏻
Day3: really felt that burn in my hip dip!
