Hi everyone! I will be doing this for around 2 weeks (maybe more i'll see) so wish me luck! Day 1: Done! It burnt so bad and I had to put down my arms like 50 times but I did it! Keep in mind that I am doing some other workouts alongside this one as well as ballet lessons! Day 2: Done! My period started so I feel weak and just unmotivated but I somehow got through this in very much tears. See you all tomorrow!

•okay so doing this finally •no diet and no other exercises day1 ✅ (arms hurt a lot and I struggled to complete it but did it) •p.s. this workout burns like hell and it's a good burn day2 ✅ (arms hurt a bit the next day and struggled again to do this) day3 ✅ ( arms didn't hurt, did this workout pretty easily ngl but after the 4th exercise my neck did hurt a bit ) •I don't see any changes so far Day4❌ (forgot had an exam) Day5❌(forgot had another exam)

Wow! I am a man. My mother-in-law does this workout regularly!! Her biceps are very powerful like Caro's!! I arm-wrestled my MIL but could not even move her arm even with both my arms together!! 😟
