    Thank you for posting this incredibly easy, yet very demanding workout! I had a knee surgery, so every workout that involves jumping or twisting of your legs is out of question for me - this just straight away takes out most of the workout posted on CZcams. Yours is incredibly easy to follow, since all the exercises are pretty common. The rotation are ordered extremely well too, you don't get dizzy from looking down the whole time for example. This is a wonderful workout to get into sports again after surgery!

    I've uhh been losing motivation lately but I like the flow of this work out so here's to a month!!
    (This is just so I can document but still stay motivated hehe)
    "Dirty" Low- Carb diet ( below 100 - 125 carbs)
    Upper Arm: 11 in
    Shoulders: 14.5
    Bust: 35 in
    Waist: 27.5 in
    Hips:34. Smth in
    Right Thigh: 19.5 in
    Left Thigh: 18.7 in
    Week 1: +arm & leg workouts
    Day 1- done! (side note: god I'm unfit) (115 carbs)
    Day 2- done! (somehow easier but g o d still tired) (125 carbs)
    Day 3- done! (burn :>) (117 carbs)
    Day 4- done! (omg why is it HARDER) (105 carbs)
    Day 5- full body 15 min. Toning (105 carbs)
    Day 6- full body 15 min. Toning (125 carbs)
    Day 7- This + 15 min. Full-body toning (115 carbs)
    Week 2: +arm & leg & ab workouts
    Day 1- done! (115 carbs)
    Day 2- Only 1/2 of the vid + 60s wall sit :< (108 carbs)
    Day 3- dammit only half again +60s wall sit :(( (105 carbs)
    Day 4- 15 min. Full-body toning (110 carbs)
    Day 5- 15 min. Full-body toning (135 carbs)
    Day 6- 15 min. Full-body toning (129 carbs)
    Day 7- Rest Day+ stretching (138 carbs)
    Week 3: +arm & leg workouts
    Day 1- done! (holy shit its h a r d e r ?) (115 carbs)
    Day 2- I hate to say this especially since it's the last week but I don't have the motivation to excercise and this routine doesnt feel as effective? or Idk maybe it's just me- I've decided to only do the arm, leg, and ab workouts with the bright side 5 min. plank video.. (150 carbs)
    Day 3- done! (95 carbs)
    Day 4- full-body toning (i forgot to count :(( )
    Day 5- full-body toning (125 carbs)
    Day 6-rest
    Day 7- full-body toning
    Results:
    Upper Arms: 11.8 in
    Shoulders:13.8 in
    Bust: 33.9 in
    Waist: 28.2 in
    Hips:32.5 in
    Right Thigh: 19.3 in
    Left Thigh: 20.2 in

    Activating my posterior chain and glutes for the wall sit allows me to hold it for much longer than a minute!

      mine said approx. 100 kcal :) i have a fitbit; don't know how accurate it is. i think it's different for everyone haha! ;)

      josii_ green dann kann man bei Pamela sagen “1:1 Madfit Kopie” oder “1:1 FitnessMarshall” Kopie. Dass es nun einmal nur eine gewisse Anzahl Übungen gibt ist doch klar. :D
