Amazing video. I use it once every week. But after a while it's very hard to lissen to that "keep going" and Let's Go. My personal opinion is not to coach throughout a video that will be used multiple times. But other then that, thank you for getting my summer body back.

this was horrible with that countdown of exercise! I thought I was done but realized I had to do it all over again much more difficult lol

Workout is ok, just don’t do any comments during the exercise please, like ‘keep going’ and ‘ lets go”. They don’t add anything and might be irritating to some people ;)

OMG... my dog could lead a better workout!! wth.. "SMILE".. who does a workout with a hair do and make up???? I can't wait for the end of bloggers/influencers thinking they can steal some moves from legit athletes and call it a work out. .. please ! we all know you just do this to get free yoga pants. if you want a REAL workout from a legit trainer, I recommend KIT RICH. I have NO IDEA who recommended I try this joke but please, not even sweating... I just kept swearing whenever I was told to "smile".. #gross #pleasestop
