Locked it can you make seven minute legs seven minute but an seven minute arm workout
I can’t keep my back on the mat😭 As I raise my legs, my belly raise as well

Then you should not do this workout as it would hurt your back. Try easier exercises first and improve them until you can handle the “legs raising”. Your muscle will then be able to keep your back on the mat :)
