    9. Glute bridge in/out
    10. Glute bridge hold
    11. Hydrant right
    12. Hydrant left
    13. Donkey right
    14. Donkey left
    15. Rainbow right
    16. Rainbow left
    17. Frog left/right
    18. Frog kicks
    19. Booty toe taps
    20. Booty flutter kicks
