Just wanted to say thank you!! I love your workout videos so much, they're great and I definitely feel the burn the next day. This has become my daily routine along with your 7 minute ab workout.
I'm just trying to get back in my sport routine after months doing nothing. This was SO hard but so good and effective for me. I'm definitely gonna do this more often. I also like how you talk to us while working out and how you show the exercises! I love it.

Wow, in der ersten Runde dachte ich: Wie zum Teufel macht sie diese Donkey Jumps?! Haha Aber mit genügend Körperspannung und Konzentration hat es dann in der zweiten Runde geklappt. Respekt! Jetzt weiß man warum du so einen hammer Körper hast!

I gotta admit, I am sitting down and panting with my temples breaking out into sweat while typing this.
But I'm surprised by how doable this was for me.
I've been doing a mix of these exercises + arm stuff and heavier work outs for my abs for about 50-55mins a day for the past 2 years.
This is much more fun and takes a lot less time, so imma stick with it^^

although i didn't sweat too much but i do feel the burn from outside in and inside out!!! thanks for the workout and hope that more intense and shorter rest time of cardio or strength+cardio hiit can be published! ill surely wait for that and go for it
p.s. for information i burn approximately 100 kcal for pushing myself damn hard and im a short 15 girl (not slim but light for weight)(im 39 kg but with high fat percentage🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Danke fürs zerstören. Ich weiß schon warum ich sonst kein HIIT mache, weil ich irgendwo in der zweiten Runde versage 😂 Mich hat allerdings die Anzahl etwas verwirrt. Du schreibst bei den Übungen 10x mit Beinen aber du meinst 5 pro Seite aber mit den Armen machst du nicht 2 wie es steht sondern 4. Ich kenne das halt anders und hab 10 pro Bein dann immer gemacht und hab mich gewundert warum ich absolut nicht hinterher komme 😅
