6.Curtesy lunges (pee pee to side)
7. 5 normal squats 10 abductor squats
8. Side leg left
9. Side leg right

Everybody wants that lifted bum and some of you work to maintain it lifted but you need to be careful not to overwork that muscle group, when exercising a specific muscle group in general you should allow it to rest for one or two days to give it a chance to repair and heal. I'm always pointing this out to my students who sometimes over do it

i have depression over my fat legs please tell me some tips how to slim down legs i hate my body please don’t tell my body is beautiful because no it’s not :(
unfortunately, it`s impossible to lose weight only in certain parts of the body. just try eating clean and regularly working out+cardio. And don`t get so upset over your body:( though you don`t belive it, "fat" legs don`t make you less beautiful!
