There will be NO JUMPING in todays workout which means it's low impact but still super high intensity. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.     This was an awesome workout! I was not expecting it to be as a effective as it was!! All the moves were fun and doable, and they definitely got my heart rate up.

    fun workout, really enjoy these cardio kickboxing style sessions. they are sweaty but also energising in the morning as a wakeup workout.

    ok, this was one of the best workouts i had. it was deff beginner friendly i only skipped one move, my movements were just slower and had less strengthalso i took a quick break in the middle. but i serously enjoyed it 10/10 will do it again
    ok. two weeks later i came back. this time i did this at the beginning and not the ending of my workout also modified a pose to be easier and it wasn't as hard. still a killer workout though. deff coming back

    I'm new to your channel. Whenever I see the word Kickboxing i am IN. I more of this and other moves... Just not able to jump.

    Thanks! Love this workout! I will bet if you did a 20 minute version, more people would do it. You wouldn't necessarily have to add any more complicated techniques but perhaps 5 extra minutes of different combinations of the techniques you have already used, like shuffle, punch, hook, front kick, side kick. That would be enough to keep us entertained for 5 more minutes in the kickboxing context I believe.
