  • I've had so many requests for a cardio kickboxing workout - so here it is!! To be honest I was a little out of my comfort zone with this one. I'm definitely not a boxer (which you can see through my less than impeccable form lol) but I had so much fun with this one and I hope you will too! This cardio workout is full of kickboxing inspired exercises that will get that heart rate up, help burn fat, improve endurance and will have you seriously sweaty by the end!

    I've been trying to complete this workout for about a month now. I'm getting back into shape and fell in love with her methods! Today I finally complete the whole workout in one session!! Heather kicks your butt for sure but I can't stay away from her style of fitness. 💪🏾

    This workout is hands down the best cardio workout I have found. I have always loved boxing because it slims me down fast. Your music was empowering and energizing. The moves were not complicated but very effective. I will be doing this one regularly! Thank you! ❤

    Done this today for the first time and it was so much fun and made me feel so strong! Also I felt like it could be improving my coordination over time.
    I’m currently trying to lose a lot of weight and finishing this workout showed me that I’m capable to do it. I’ve been loving Heather’s workouts for a long time and this one definitely gets on my playlist! Awesome, thank you so much, Heather!

    This workout video was actually the first one that I actually enjoyed a lot! I have a martial art past but gained so much weight during lockdown and it was such an amazing feeling to do these excercises. I will definitely come back and please make more boxing videos it helps reduce stress and make me feel so much better. It does not matter if you are not a boxer, this is an excellent video

    Martial artist here and I enjoyed the hell out of this one!! I was kind of slacking the last couple of days but this reminded me again why I love kicking and boxing and working out so much!     This was an awesome workout. Had a bit of energy left in the tank so I completed 3 rounds on this one! So sweaty! Would love love love to see a lower body (legs and booty) CARDIO/PLYO style workout, 30-40mins :) Thanks for always bringing the goods Heather! Much love from sunny Australia!

    I don't usually post comments but wow. Heather you have transformed exercising at home. I have always been a gym person and when quarantine began, all gyms closed, I worried that I would not find motivation to workout at home. Boy was I wrong. Now I can not envision myself returning to the gym. My relationship with exercise has done a complete 180. I no longer do it to look a certain way but because it makes me feel good and I genuinely enjoy it. Thank you so much Heather for you uploads and variety in workouts!!

    I’m only 18 years old but due to mental illness I struggle to get out of bed, eat, etc. I’ve been stuck at around 213lbs (primarily in my tummy) for years and it makes me uncomfortable.
    being fat is beautiful and isn’t something to be “fixed” and I love my body- but it deserves to have some fun without being in pain.
    My goal is to lessen my chronic fatigue and pain, and to not have to rely on a cane anymore. I made it 10 minutes into this non stop!! Definitely going to subscribe and try again another day

    LOVE IT ! 💗💕 you need to make a series please! 30 min kickboxing plus extra minutes for warm and cool down. I only have 1/2 hour for lunch when I work remotely at home. I usually warm up at my desk and cool down. Great job Heather! Keep being the inspiration that you are 💪

    Really wasn't looking forward to this. Only did it because it was on my HR December calendar. IT WAS AMAZING! Whoop says I blasted off 382 calories in 29 minutes! (which is not a marker I use, but it does shows how intense this was!) Awesome, Heather. You're a BEAST!!!

    Loved the simple and sleek setting. Loved the choice of movements and music. The length was good and I appreciate the timer to know when we were moving on to the next move. I liked that you didn’t talk either. Overall I rate this workout a 10 out of 10. To make it harder I just held heavier dumbbells. Great job 👍

    I loved this workout and all of your HIIT workouts. I have gained some weight during the pandemic and I have a long road ahead to get these 18 lbs off. Doing your workouts I have already dropped 8lbs in two weeks combined with good diet. Thank you for keeping me motivated Love your channel!

    Thank you Heather this is the third time I have done your workout and each time I up the intensity and and find that it gives me a great workout. I do change up my workouts by doing a different workout each day but this one is in my 5 day workout rotation. 👊🏼

      I also take a minute or so more to breathe after the first round. It’s so intense and I’m sweating buckets, but still absolutely love this workout and the movements 😊

    That was so much fun! Just the workout I needed this morning. Loved how the 30/10 format kept things moving along fast - not a moment to think- just do! And there were some new music tracks too - awesome. As I was working out my new kitten was dangerously chasing my feet or running on the mat and at the end just stood for a moment to watch - then I realised she's an all black cat just like yours! Was I subliminally influenced to get her after doing your workouts all year? :-)

    I LOVED this as a form of cardio. I'm in an upstairs apartment so I did this without jumping and even without the jumping my heart was pumping and I burned around 250 cals!

    Thank you so much, you have no idea how this workout helps someone like me who cannot sweat to most workouts and have enough adrenal glands problems to cannot do alot of workouts! It's the best combination of the cardio I actually can do and I sweat, which is like miracle! Thank you Heather! X

    OH MY GOODNESS! That was amazing and felt so good! I was so hesitant to try it at first because I’d never done it before but I’m so glad I did it! It’s great for when you have strong emotions bubbling around inside. Thank you for this! It has to be my favourite workout so far! INCREDIBLE!!!❤️
