    Quick question. I’m on day 20 but I consistently workout and I stay in a calorie deficit but I’m not dropping any weight. I’m even drinking water and I don’t eat fast food. I only eat healthy foods. This is so frustrating😩. I’m going to stick with it but it’s kinda making me depressed.
