    I'm traveling for work right now and in the past I would have stuck with no-equipment workouts in my hotel room. But this time, I've ventured to the fitness center with my laptop and got through this new workout! I didn't know I had it in me!

    Good morning Heather! Thank you for the video. I was lost since 4.0 program finished. Now I starts 2.0 program for the 3rd times again. On day 7 now ❤ you are absolutely my favorite.

      I think i'm gonna do one day of 2.0 and one day of 4.0 three days per week Continuing my three days a week running along with that .
      I finish 4.0 this week.I'm gonna start saturday off with this newly posted video plus one more.

    So went swimming today for the first team in ages and swam 1000m freestyle in a decent time without even feeling really tired. Thanks Heather for getting me into the best shape in a long time.
