Of course we will start with a quick warm up and spend some time cooling down and stretching at the end. Time is going to fly by as we power through this fun sweat sesh. Ahh 😌 I did an hour long cardio n strength training yesterday n was looking for something light didn’t wanna skip today n came across this 26 minutes beautiful my body loved it ❤

This is the best feeling doing this video after completing 4.0. Strength training has really improved my cardio stamina and ability to perform these moves without any modification and keeping Heather's pace. I am crunched for time today, so this workout was PERFECT in every single way.
