Of course we will start with a quick warm up and spend some time cooling down and stretching at the end. Time is going to fly by as we power through this fun sweat sesh.     Hey Heather, how about a traditional strength mini series? Something that hits all the basics w/3 sets that we can repeat as desired. I'm looking for more strength centered workouts these days where I can increase weights. 😃

    This is the best feeling doing this video after completing 4.0. Strength training has really improved my cardio stamina and ability to perform these moves without any modification and keeping Heather's pace. I am crunched for time today, so this workout was PERFECT in every single way.
