So great! really appreciate the wrist stretches at the end, wonderful before another day at the computer. I really appreciate the variety added by workouts like this! Light weights, but still difficult. This is one case where I'm glad for the repeated circuits, usually by the second time around I've figured out the movements lol
So looking forward to this one after an intense beginning of Wk10.🙏🏼

That was so much FUN! Particularly loved the lunge combination at the beginning. So love how this series addresses every important aspect of fitness: strength, cardio, balance, flexibility, core. You have a real talent for composition and choreography.

I loved this workout! Different exercises that are both compound and balancing. I forgot how challenging pilates workouts are! I would recommend getting out all your light dumbells for this...I had to use my full gamut: 1, 2, 3 and 5 lb weights, esp. for the long lever exercises. Thanks Heather!

Absolutely brilliant. 2 kg weights. Slow and deadly. My heart is pumping, and my muscles are fried and the coordination helps my brain. Haha. I loved every minute of it.

LOVED this one. It felt great after the intensity of the last few workouts. Halfway through week 10🎉❤ I have always worked out consistently, but this challenge for me has been more about sticking to a program and doing the sessions in order, without skipping a day. Can’t believe it’s almost over!

Love the combination of strength and pilates. My muscles still feel sore from monday and yesterday was a lot of moving around in the cardio workout, so this just came perfect.
