I tried this and every other self defense move I've seen for choke holds, but once they are locked in, especially if they are a lot stronger, nothing works. One time I came to covered head to toe in blood from my nose, after that I was just thankful if my clothes werent ruined in the process smh.

The options in such a case are not many - either you try to loosen the grip if you are strong, but this can waste valuable time if the attacker turns out to be stronger, or you try to cause severe pain to the attacker to let you go - a blow with head back, elbows or direct "grip" on the balls. :D
