@lizardsticks well the drag strip is a perfect smooth surface. This is the real road surface which people would come off on 😁 he is keen to go faster but it's hard to legally find a piece of road suitable for the test. Thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

Definitely man ! I remember when I was younger coming off my bmx or skateboard the roadrash sucked !!!! They do a few other styles aswell even cargo style 🤙

True mate 100% that's a hard one to avoid isn't it. They do have these air bag full leather suits now but I think they are around the 10k mark 😬 still awesome to not lose skin though! I've been in 2 low sides when i was younger and lost skin and it sucked... wish I had these jeans then. Thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

yeah that's my exact thoughts while road rash sucks, but broken bones are significantly worse and can be more life threatening im the same I've lost count of how many bones I've broken skating or being a dumb ass lmfao ide rather have my leg tore up than have it broken

I was wearing our full strength protective hoodie on just incase things went sideways. Actually we have heard of a number in the rocker jackets at high speed e.g 100 km/hr plus coming off & have been incredibly impressed. Actually had one guys ph me while in A&E. I was more concerned about if he's alright. He's raving on how well the gear saved him. So good to hear.

They do have a range of tests they do in a testing facility before it even hits the market, I'm sure that would have been looked at to get the ratings they have. But yeah I don't think there is a safe way test that anytime soon 🤣🤣 (with a human in the jeans anyway) lol. Still a great test either way, shows what would happen to normal jeans 🤣

clearly you've never slid across rough pavement even at low speeds the impact is more likely breaks bones which can open up a wound but the rough texture of some pavement will literally act like a cheese grater and will tear through even some cheaper riding gear and will take skin and tissue off as you slide I'm covered in scars from going down hard while bombing hills at high speed while out skating

@@Gnarly_Harley Cheers, I reckon I could go on on 4 x the grit / road surface & still be fine. Yip have a huge faith in the gear. Loved the smoke coming up, looked so good haha. Actually I've heard of cases of 6 months of skin grafts from customers & wishing they had worn proper gear. Even flesh taken off down to the bone. Our roads are like cheese graters here. Keep up the great work!
