Hey Doctor Mike this is Ruler In Peace, currently residing in Key West Florida but moving to Malaysia in August and getting married to my Chinese Malaysia fiancé in November. I have only watched two of your videos but am convinced you have helped me to crack the code to complete my journey and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude. At one point in time my stressful dysfunctional marriage and a time consuming legal practice found me ballooning to 309 lbs. I managed to let go of the marriage, the practice (not my true calling) and proceed to first drop 40 lbs. before relocating to the Philippines just before Super Typhoon Yolonda struck in 2013 to create yet another adventure and opportunity to practice resilience and grow. I thought I would lose the remainder of my weight in the Philippines by eating healthy organic foods but I learned the Filipino diet is not conducive to loosing weight if you eat the way all the folks I was around ate. Regardless, I lost another 20 lbs. over time and kept most of the 60 lbs. off my body for my duration there. Returning to the U.S. I managed to slowly gain close to 20 lbs. back before reversing that and getting back to the 240's and dipping to 238.2 lbs. for a few weeks for the first time in decades. I was stalling between 238.2 and 247 the past couple of months and I was not sure why because I was engaged in intermittent fasting even though I was not aware of the term at the time but sense have become deeply aware of it and autophagy and started engaging in longer fasts (72 hours, 90 hours, and even 100 hours) but I was gaining weight instead of loosing while eating healthy foods. Thanks to you I have learned I have been consuming healthy foods in the wrong quantity and that calories in versus calories out still matter. I developed an image of what I believe I should look like, without realizing that would require me to live a life at about 10% body fat. Last night all the pieces came together (TDEE, Intermittent Fasting, Weighting My Food [ordered a scale last night] , Insuring More Sleep, Discipline, Self Control, Understanding my own vision, and more) I am only on Day 1 at 245 lbs. even in the midst of a 90 hour fast, but I am so on fire because I can see 10% body fat and you planted that seed for me, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. You also made me cognitive of STEPS and so yesterday I was at 11,000 and the goal today is 13,000 from a previous average of about 5400. Now I am conscious and aware. I know what to look out for in addition to all the other pieces I was doing. This is getting long so I will quit for now. From one brother to another, THANK YOU!!! The least I could do beside be diligent with what you shared is to subscribe so I am now part of your 1.44 M subscribers. I take my hat off to you for this as well. Once I get clarity on how to structure my CZcams Channel to promote and share the immersive musical experiences I compose to reduce anxiety, depression, and promote healing, for all people but I have a passion for those challenged with Autism and Cognitive Decline (Dementia and Alzheimer's); I can only hope to provide such high quality content and value to those I attract. You are an inspiration, a role model and one brother to another I am very proud of you. I do not know you and you could be a jerk in your private life but I do not think so and I hope our paths will cross when I relocate to Malaysia in August. I have done IF in the past and it def works. I have gone gradually to 4 hour eating window and 20 hour fasting window. For some it's a difficult lifestyle but if you want to look and feel healthy with a healthy body weight. This is Def something to consider. All this info in the video are facts! I lost about 50 lbs while on IF.

The worst is when a person has such poor fat distribution, that even when they do get down to 12% bodyfat or even 10% or even lower and they STILL have love handles with their visible six pack. Talk about bad. Fat distribution is a huge deal.

I usually workout in the mornings. Then post workout I actually mix my protein powder in my coffee and take creatine with my coffee
If you want to lose weight just go on a calorie deficit
Moving and eating protein and eating less doesn't guarantee you'll just loose body fat
-10 hours before bed no caffeine -3 hours before bed no more food -2 hours before bed your last liquids -1 hour before bed no screen time -Set a wake up time and a wind down time -Room temperature -Use supplements

I am doing fasting every second month for 7-8 days the feeling is amazing after day tree I’m starting to think really clear. I don’t think about food anymore and I’m so concentrated something like I’m on micro dozing on shrooms and you can see everything so clear. on day seven I don’t even wanna start eating again like you feeling so light like it’s hard to explain how you feel without no food just water. I think everyone should do it once in a while.

Let's not forget women who suffer from hormonal disorders. So for us its this: Move more, eat within your range of calories while cutting dairy and other detrimental food ingredients from our diet, take supplements targeting hormonal balance, take essential daily vitamins, reduce factors of stress, and weight train. Then , we will see a gradual change. The equation has a different formula for us. lol
