While these are good things to consider, it's good to remind people that the human body is not a calorimeter, by which calories are measured. We don't "burn" food. We digest it. Also, hormones affect our hunger. Controlling how often we eat and how much carb we eat can make a profound difference in what we consume, and do so naturally. Eating foods that are not satisfying is a path to failure-particularly mixing fats and carbs, and eating processed fats and carbs-so keep it natural with healthy fats while prioritizing protein.
PS: A Big Mac a salad with healthy toppings. Yes, extra calories prevent fat loss, but the health value is real too. That peanut butter, by the way, is garbage. If you MUST, get a nut butter that doesn't have added sugar or hydrogenated oils.

Carnivore diet has made me drop weight and all the protein has helped me gain muscle. I have tons more energy. My knees and hands are pain free now. I eat bacon, beef, pork, butter and eggs, and zero carbs. My body now burns its own fat for fuel. People thinking low fat is the way to go is exactly how we got a country full of morbidly obese people. I am 71.

Hi Doctor, awesome video first of all. Thanks for uploading healthy and motivational content. I've watched your video about the "10 signs your calories might be too low". I was wondering if you we're still answering questions and giving help with the required macros for our body type. Im a male 30yo, 1,73cm, weight about 80kg with body fat on the 20's% probably.
Been eating a little bit less, better and fasting too (16 8), but i still find myself not tracking my calories or macros and to be honest mostly because i dont know what i should aim for.
Even if you dont answer this, im still glad and very thankful i found your channel. Ill keep following your content to learn more and progress more.
You motivate alot of people... alot of people you don't even know and probably will never know.. But they are out there!

    It works for me.
My wife is also on a restriction diet as came out of diabetes 2 but will have what is banned for her every 15 days or one month apart.
So we both have our method of staying on track .

****Question******: Am I supposed to be eating 1g of protein per lbs of fat for my current weight or do I eat the grams of protein to match the weight that I want to be?
    Stats: Female, 5'10", 288lbs
I love the drumsticks. 😩 . I def. over do it on the condiments, sauces. Cheese is my kryptonite. My breakfast today was 4 large eggs scrambled with water and 1 cup shredded cheese , handful of little wonder tomatoes, basil, and 2 slices of irish soda bread toast w/butter. I cooked the eggs in butter. 😅
Second meal today: 2 yogurt sticks, protein shake w/strawberries and almond milk. 1 piece of bacon. 2 cookies and a mini cupcake. Amy's cheddar cheese burrito w/taco bell mild sauce.
I think i did it wrong. I will try again next meal. Thanks for all the helpful tips. I will keep trying. 💛
    Exercise: 2 hour walk
3rd meal: Turkey boats : 5.5 ounces of turkey, 6 romaine lettuce leafs,, very small amount of hellman's mayo on each leaf,, load on the turkey, top with mustard. Some international delight Light mocha cold coffee.
4th meal will be: Amy's cheddar cheese burrito w/taco bell mild sauce,, caprese salad: mozz cheese, little wonder tomatoes, basil, and drizzle vinegar reduction.
I am soooo stuffed doing this 16:8 ... I don't even want to eat anything else today. I feel like Bruce from the movie Matilda.
This is my first day doing the intermittent fasting... don't judge me too harshly.

I’m so happy to have changed that habit. My food tastes just as delicious if not more than before.

We have sugar free ketchup in Norway.
Norway and Scandinavia in general are very focused on healthy eating. If you want unhealthy stuff you gotta be looking for it specifically. Here all the take away foods are super expensive, and healthy Whole Foods are cheap. We don’t do white bread or sugary drinks. It’s mainly no added sugar items and they might not taste as sweet but once you quit refined sugar you don’t want those sweet things anyway.

Almost everyone eats food regularly. Simply enter the food into an app for a few days.
Then you only have to use your scales for a few seconds and you know exactly what you eat every day.

If you go off the actual serving size with condiments you would be surprised how much you actually get. The bbq sauce I had in my fridge has a serving size of 2 tbs and I used only 1 and was shocked by how much that was
