Hey Mike, after 6 Weeks of heavy comitment into my personal fatlos journey I had a week off last week. I was still very aktive and followed my diet, in the end I still lost almost 1 pound ;)
Now I´m back on track with recharched akkus and regenerated bones and muskels.

Hey i struglle with the 3rd because i cant see myself tracking my food for the rest of my life and im already prone to obsessive behaviours. Second. How do you track when you are out and how do you track cultural foods for weight loss for example you go to a caribbean restaurant and order the jerk chicken with rice and green banana plantain. I think seasonings are heard to track when youre out.i find its easy to track plain foods (western diet) but im not white and i dont fancy eating plain food all the time

Oh and my buddy been avoiding fast food, but he takes moringa daily and fresh orange beet apple carrot juice, along with multivitamins daily since he completed 14days water fast in covid 19

@ Dr Mike great video love your videos but I need your help. All right I can do everything that you said but the sleeping I have always had a history of sleeping problems I averaged between 3 and 4 hours of sleep every night. I have to be up for work at 3:50 a.m. everyday and I don't get off until 4 p.m. and I go to the gym and work out. Even when I get home I'm in bed by 8:00 p.m. I just can't sleep the TV's off I'm off the phone and I'm just laying there what is your advice for someone like me who has trouble with sleeping

I was so overweight when I worked night shift. Couldn't really sleep during the day. As soon as I went back to day shift, all that weight just came off.
Oh wow! What would you say was hard about working night shifts?
@DoctorMikeDiamonds Getting my circadian rhythm use to being up when the sun wasn't, and sleeping when the sun was up. I tried black out curtains, mask, ear plugs, and I would still only get 4hrs of sleep
Same here. Still working a night shift now, and I realize that sleep is probably what I really need to fix to get to my goal. 😢
@mike what if you work out in the morning does that affect your muscle building since carbs help for fuel for the gym? (Referring to intermediate fasting)

Started from 112kgs now at 68kgs with 21% body fat. Having 1600 calories daily and 120 gram protien. 6 days workout + 10k steps daily. Should i sill be at this deficiet and achive 17% body fat than start a lean gain or else should i start it now? I still have some love handles and chest fat

Daily. Start with 8k daily if at 30% or more body fat. Then try to add 500 steps daily (8,500) as an increase each week til and even after 10k (he said that part in another vid).
Is it safe for me to try water fasting for 7 to 14 days I have no health issue just thyroid I don't sleep memory loss and high BP at times.

I went from 100kg - now 70 kg by intermittent fasting & 10k daily steps. Now I’m skinny fat I look like I weight 80+kg.
Do I need to maintain my current calorie & increase my protein intake or do I need to keep cutting?

Ok I am 207lbs and with intermittent fasting even 16 hours, eating 4 meals for 50g protein each in 8 hours (difficult to eat that much every 2 hours)

@@vamp357 eggs are a solid source for protein just keep in mind your fat macros and they're pretty satiating and there are savory protein bar options such as chief beef bars, biltong or other jerky type brands just check the ingredients so you're getting just protein not too many additives. There are other types of protein shakes as well that are easier for the body to digest and best bet its to try some out, check out bulknutrients they have a good selection at a good price. I'm not a pro by any means though mate just got to do that research you know. good luck !
If i'm only eating two meals a day does that mean I should be eating 90 grams of protein for each meal or just 50?

Are you open to trying vegan protein? If not, eating foods such of bean, legumes, and lentils could help.
@@DoctorMikeDiamonds I am not particularly keen on vegan protein but another problem i face is that my doctor has advised me against whey isolate. I consume a lot beans, legumes and lentils - mainly because i enjoy them but yeah i eat a lot of them.
Dihydroberberine is also a natural and wonderful help to lose fat and has a ton of other benefits.
So,,, if I'm 250lbs that means I've to eat 250g of protein? And how am I supposed to shove down 4-5 meals in 18-6hr fasting. Something doesn't add up here 🤔

@@DoctorMikeDiamonds Really? Because I called about your program and one of the guys you feature on your videos wasn't sure if you were a surgeon or a cardiologist. Those are very different fields, and also seems suspect that somebody selling your program wouldn't know a basic fact like that.
So... In all simplicity. You eat what/how you normally would. But just skip breakfast and start eating at 12 noon?
Id venture to say not only will you lose fat, your blood work will improve greatly

What is Quinoa 😅?
My buddy was not chubby but had tiny beer belly alcohol abuse over years and smoker age 32 replaced smoking cigarettes for shisha (hookah) and went on water fast 14days.
He went from 206lb to 182lb ontop his he claims he's can breath better and his side effects are gone like he ate peanut butter infront of us.
Shockingly nothing happened ontop his diabetes is gone of chart all normal.
And he's abusing food again should I suggest intermit fasting to him.
He claims his body is like new born like car engine flush no more heart burns infect he said he flushed out liver gallbladder stones like over 2000 is that normal to happen..

1) That isn't 30% body fat. Stop lying.
2) It's one gram of protein per pound of goal body weight.
3) You are saying the same thing over and over in different ways. Eat more protein to fill more full. Intermittent fast to eat less often. Eat certain foods that are more satiating. We get it. Eat less calories.
4-10) You lost credibility. I stopped watching.
I agree he lost me at the end with his rules because I only counted 3. Fasting, 10,000 steps and increase protein. 4-5 was protein and a resturaunt list???
