New point for me: after being low carb, add them slowly so they go to the muscle and not the tissue.
If cut off all of the Sugar and carbs, You will loose fat.. if you then increase your protein intake and workout at 4 times a week... You will increase your muscle mass, HOWEVER CUTTING OUT ALL OF THE CARBS AND SUGAR IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, Be me and literally all us, we struggle to do that

Skinny fat body is tough to get there. I’m going to dangle around maintenance and just train hard for a year, progress on weight and reps . Build a base. Eat 200 g of protein / 4 50 g of protein per meal (carbs and fats in all meals). At one year, I’m sure I’ll have a nice muscle base with some fat , then I’ll start a 12 week cut, then maintenance, then cut for 6 weeks. Wish me luck !

I did also some further research on my own, and I discoverd that Papaya should be somthing that could improve fatlose. The Papain inside this fruits should stop fatcells from grow and also help them release to a degree. This coheres with the diffrent Typs of receptors at the fatcells This can be very helpfull aspecialy for the stubern bellyfat and lovehandels.
It would be super intresting to see a video from you about this topic.

For women & wt loss not in training for any competition, but merely fat loss what are your recommendations? I know you have showed ex. Of male client’s meals you have had, could you show females meal plans for clients you have had. I also saw your video re- lack of eating enough calories can affect wt loss. Im doing group fitness workout 4-5 days/week. Reality…. Its my diet obviously reason I haven’t lost weight. Love your videos

Please tell us how should we Count calories when eating foods like meat or sometnihg that its difficult to measure its makros
Just weigh it when you add to your plate and choose the closest option you can find if no exact match exists. If I'm out at a local restaurant without macro info, I just estimate. You'll get close if you are used to weighing your food. I use Fitbit to track, but there are many options like MyFitnessPal and others.
What do you recommend for people have eating disorders? Not fasting for them
