My alternate choice on ice cream is a reduced fat and low sugar ice cream sandwich. Contains 100 calories, 1.5g fat, 3g fiber, 3g sugar, & 3g protein. Better choice than other ice cream sandwiches regarding fats, sugar, and calories.

I have a very hard time trying to figure out what my calories and macros should look like because I am only 4 foot 10in and 105 pounds currently, but after having three children, I know my muscle mass is extremely low and I have a lot more fat than I did before at around 95lbs. I just don’t see very much information out there for people my size. I do really love your videos and how you break things down, I also enjoy seeing exactly what foods you’re eating. like the laughing cow cheese was a game changer for me.

I have tried so many things. The one that seems to work for me is no alcohol, less calories per day, cardio and weights, and not eating after 5pm at night. The major one is no alcohol and not eating after 5pm. That's when I started losing weight.
man, those oats looked gross! LOL I'm fit over 50 and have learned a few things. 1. NEVER drink calories 2. eat foods high volume low calories, like cucumbers 3. whatever I eat I make sure half of it is clean protein.
I just stopped eating everything, for real. I eat only clean proteins without salt, lots of veggies, and move my ass

Drink your calories as you said..about that..to don't ( But listen to me I am college going student and what I am doing is taking 350 ml milk and 2 scoops protein with 2 banana in place of overnight oats due to time issues so should I or not)( I am on cut)
Everyone is different! Maybe this works for you. I do know that bananas are great for naturally increasing melatonin for better sleep.

Mike great content. Question: you're a young guy so does your nutritional plan work for people over 40 because as you are well aware, fat loss after the age of 35 slows down and once into your forties, its almost non existent unless you eat less and move more. Thanks anyway.

I'm watching this video while making my kids a breakfast of veggie frittata, one hashbrown and ekeikiel toast. I'm eating that minus the hashbrown. I've been gaining back the little weight I've lost, sucks :( not sure why. Love your videos!! 💙🏋♀️

I dig the Coca Cola zero. My favorite the cherry Coca Cola Zero or a mix of the Coke Zero with caffeine free Diet Coke.

Great overall ibfo but I think a ton of people using Pam sprays dont understand that in order for it to be 0 cal it has to be a .27 second spray which is impossible. Not to mention you're using highly inflammatory canola amd other junk seed oils. I'd rather use evoo and factor that 1-2 daily tbsps into my overal fat macros and reduce other fat areas. Obviously if you're cutting or trying to just get as lean as possible quickly then go for it! Lol

Hey! It's not realistic to lose that much in such a short period. But, you can start now by following a few steps I've detailed in a previous video. Uploaded it 4 days ago: Watch THIS If You FINALLY Want To Lose Belly Fat. After you've watched this do your very best to follow a high protein diet, with moderate carbs, and low fats. Use some of the meals I've listed in past video, and avoid certain foods I've mentioned in this video. Once the diet is in check, it's vital to increase your step count. Building these habits take time, so I recommend you start today.

Nut "mixes" are not good for me. I gained weight so I stopped eating them. Same with granola= sugar.😮

@@giovannasimionato3266 do me a favor and read the label, ¼ of a second of spray apparently contains 0 calories which is BS. You usually spray more than a second so you get a few grams which is a few calories of unhealthy refined vegetable oil. Don't believe everything you read online you're just better off using olive oil.

It’s hard to follow something like this, it’s not wrong by any means, but too much switching up can make it overwhelming.
Start small! Wouldn't recommend you remove all of it at once. The idea behind it is to build a habit.

Since I started counting calories, I stopped eating several things, it's not worth it, maybe eating once every 5 months, men generally don't count calories because of the taboo of masculinity, but most of them have huge bellies, In the end you will be losing women, it's stupid not to care about calories.

He chose refined toxic vegetable oil spray can over natural plain butter? 🤔 Doc you need to educate yourself on healthy fats and the Ghee is technically butter and the can spray has calories, read the label you probably spray around 50 calories of toxic refined vegetable oil with each cooking.
