This is a whole course which would cost normally like 300$ per month given away for free.
You're a man of honor.
Lol. Yeah ok.
@@JuliusTurner-hm6ffI mean he's telling the truth. Coming from a personal trainer
@joebaca4305 you're a trainer huh? So which group of people is he telling the truth for? Endomorphs, ectomorphs, or mesamorphs? What part does genetics play in his design. So as a trainer you're saying it is a one size fits all process? Losing belly fat requires alot more in the kitchen than it does in the gym so that's another issue here. If you're actually a trainer then I commend you on that, but you have to have more knowledge about losing belly fat than you do.
@@JuliusTurner-hm6ffdang bro you roasting him💀
All you people shouting about how much these videos should cost.... clearly he is an honorable and honest gentleman who genuinely wants to help people....JUST SAY THANK YOU!!

Masterclass. This is easily the best video on this subject. Thank you, Dr. Mike.
That was a lot of clarity that I was having confusion on. Thank you so much for the information now I will execute this precisely!
This is incredibly valuable information. Sometimes, the details outweigh the quick tips which we ( talking about myself) have all got used to nowadays. Thanks for taking the time to put out great usable content. Keep up the good work!!
Amazing content! So glad I found you!
Omg so glad i came across your channel. Im 64 yrs old and i have struggled all my life with weight. Im so looking forward to trying your way
I have struggled as well. Just not having enough information and scared of failure 😞 but I want to make a permanent change this time
Walking and fasting is like going back to the way we lived in the primitive days.
😢😮😮😅😊
Just added up my macros, I was way off! Thanks Dr Mike!
Simpler times 🫡
Right on 🥩💪👍
But us, Muslims, always fasting every year, 1 month fasting cause it’s a tradition

Wow this is the ultimate fat loss guide 🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾💪🏾
The best video on CZcams!❤
Started my diet 2 weeks ago. I have lost 4.5 Kg(2.5 kg water weight) so far, and I will continue with the diet for 7 more weeks. So excited to see muscle and face definition. This video was extremely motivating to check if I have done things right. Thank you!
Edit: One more month in. Im down to like 73 Kg, so around 6-7 kg of fat I have lost. Soon at 15 percent in a couple of weeks. Should be shredded in 6 weeks.
What is your diet?
Would like to try it please
Cause i gain fat faster than i respire.
what's your full diet please respond and tell me
Ok so now I have lost 2 kg more. What is my diet? I am on a 1000 calorie deficit, eat 1 G protein per lbs of bodyweight, 0.3 G of fat and the rest is carbs. For breakfast I usually have 2 eggs and a sandwhich. for lunch I have brocolli/peas, rice/potatoes and chicken/salmon/steak. Before lunch I will have an apple or a mango and ill have that after my workout as well. I also use protein shakes and protein bars as part of my diet. good luck!@@IRavxen_Icy
Oh and I drink orange juice as part of my vitamin C intake@@IRavxen_Icy
I need it… Diet man please… I’m ready… I’m tryna diet up…
This has been the MOST informative video, thx Doc!
I'm following this method and i'm losing weight faster than anticipated a pound a day my stats are same as garys shown in the video I'm worried that I'm losing muscle? My activities are as follows per week:
Lift weights everyday 1 set per compound movement.
Mon/Wed/Fri: kickboxing 3x
Tue/Thur: sparring 2x
Sat: 4 mile walk or Run 1x
Sun: swim 1hr or walk 1x
Steps 10,000 a day minimum it varies could it be that im using more energy than im consuming?
2400 calories per day
193g protein
263g carbs
62g fats
I'm fasting 16hrs a day also
Very sensible advice. Slow and steady wins the race…I’m calorie and macro tracking at 46 years old after gaining 20kg over the last few years 😮. It’s working! 🎉And so it should (I’m not an anomaly to the laws of thermodynamics). Still have about 7kg to go…plus I love your quick meal video
Great video. Thanks! You mentioned that you’d add a workout plan in the description… still looking for it
It's the second link in the description, you leave you first name, last name and email and then you can download it 🙂
This is your best video yet Dr. Mike! Bravo!
Glad you think so!
This video really help me understand how to calculate my macros! Thank you for the information!!
Most welcome!
With my BS in Biochemistry and a PhD in Molecular Biology I appreciate your knowledge!
I need to kick my fat loss in high gear as I have been going through body recomposition the last 6 months after a 20 year hiatus of being quite built. About to turn 50 in a few days.
1000% clear and neat content ❤
Please now make a Playlist of Ur workout routine because u have already done videos on basics of dieting , staying in caloric deficit , protein intake , how to eat & what to eat & gave us the alternatives to food which are high volume & low calories
Loving the content!
Thank you so much! Very informative.
Great video. Thanks! You mentioned that you’d add a workout plan in the description… still looking for it 😅😮
Added!
Thanks mike.
This is the first video i saw on fatloss and was struggling with fat since last 4 years. And this just crossed my feed, i was in no plan of doing fatloss. But i saw this and idk my life just changed. I started doing it all just like that....and thanks to u, i have lost 8 kg pure fat in 30 days. Not just i look amazing...i feel energetic, healthy, in good mood, skin and hair feels lot better. Thanks again man, thanks to the algorithm

I like his simple way of explaining.
Great information on how to calculate your macos. Good stuff
Loved this video. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!
I am from India and I am 44 years old… After watching your video Iam a huge fan of you because you share a true knowledge I can say which is no where on other channels. Keep it up. You are doing very good job which help lots of people who can’t afford costly trainers and dietitian. thanks a lot.
Bro has both brain and brawn
@doctormikediomands do you have a programe to purchase? Eating and training plan.
Thanks, happy holidays.
It's a blessing to have come across your channel. Thank you Doctor! To everyone's journey to good health !
Thank you 🙏🏾 What walking pad are you using?
Fantastic video, THANK YOU so much for sharing. You explain things in a way I have not been able to understand in a very long time. Thank you!

Dude he’s smart and say it right versus 90% of the CZcamsr here who suck this guy actually shows you his belly! You got my follow
Doctor Mike, I'm new to your channel. Where do I start from the beginning? I'm a mother of grown children. I finally have time to take care of myself and get the body I want. Do you have a program for senior citizens (Lol).
Exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks for the info.
How does working nights change diet and intermittent fasting?
Thank you so much for the information . I was about 90% of the way there before all this so I’m glad you not only confirmed what I already was taught but also gave some helpful insight. I do have a question though it may sound stupid. As long as I’m burning fat , will I lose fat in areas such as the face and neck? Are their certain areas of fat that tend to be burned first or does it just depend on the person?
turning 51, gonna make this happen. 8-11% body fat for 2024!
You can do it I believe in you!
You’ve got this, bro.
Excellent
Great video!!
Very detailed information . Thank you
Dr Mike your knowledge is amazing..!!
Very good explanation 👊💪😎
Glad it was helpful!
Very informative brotha. Thanks
Hi Dr Mike. Awesome. I have been doing lots of exercises and following a boiling diet, but still be around 25-30% body weight. Then i saw your video and follow exactly your recommendations, which is daily 500kcal calories deficit, eat protein for around 150-170g per day, target 10000steps each day, zone 2 cardio for 30-45mins twice or three times a week plus weight training. Believe me or not, i think i actually have eaten more than before but with the right combination, i actually drop from 71.7kg two weeks ago to around 70.5kg yesterday. This is basically the most fulfilling regime that i have followed ever. A million hats off here. Thank you a lot
Thank you Mike for all the wealth of info. and encouragement! God’s best!
What do you think of low carb instead of low fat for an insulin resistant peri menopausal woman ?
Solid work respect
Damnnnnn everything is so clear bro !!!! Thanks a lot. Best ever video !!!!!
Thank you very much for this information, stay blessed🙏❤️❤️❤️
Exactly what I needed especially after Xmas and new years haha
Happy holidays!
Presentation is on point❤❤❤❤
thank you for the sharing sir. very informative and easy understanding.
Wow this video is incredible ♥️
Thank you Dr.Mike
I've been here 2x. (On the second rn) i pushed dropping from 325-242.2. So pushing the remaining 90-120 days to balance out. So the remaining I'm toning out with the skinny fat now. The remaining 42lb drop is a diet to workout focus change so taking it day by day.
Walking 10-20mi/day and focusing on core. So it's at 1200-1500 cal per walk with a mid day liquid diet fast so . On drop days it's a water shred 3 day.
Not including workout enhancer gels depending.
Btw. Don't overdo it either. I had to do physical therapy based on the push and it takes weeks to recover. So vids like this can be helpful
The Myfitness Pal bit really helped on how to set it up and use it.
Top notch content 🎉
Scanning a rice barcode into MyFitnessPal uses the dry weight carb content on the packet which in my case is 74 g per 100 g. 100 g of dry Basmati rice will produce 300 grams when cooked by boiling which drops the carb content to about 25 grams for a 100 g serve. So If you want to eat 74 g of carb you will need the 300 grams of cooked rice.
very helpfull, thank you
Great info!
Thanks for watching!
Very usefull tips !
Thank you, you were so helpful for me
Very thoroughly explained 👍👌
Glad you liked it
The best, because as a woman it is really hard to lose belly , hip and thighs weight. But, this education have opened my mind and eyes. Thank you for sharing. 58.
You can't lose it in a week but it's a good start.
Thanks for the vedio❤❤❤
thanks alot doc for ur efforts , I have lose so much fat n gain much muscle. all thanks to u
It’s been a week did you lose your belly fat,
thanks great job
For calorie deficit could I do treadmills and burn 400-500 calories but eating at calorie maintenance? I am currently 20-22 fat percentage. How long would it take? I wont be eating any processed, fried, sugary foods. ans focus on high protein.
Thank you sir!
This much of effort, tips and tricks for free is not easy to find. And you are so detailed oriented first beginners it should be a golden nugget to start their journey on fast track. 👊🏼🙏🏽Thank you ❤
The title is a joke lmao.
Which threadmill you have ?
Yes! I upped my protein to body weight in grams. Drinking a gallon of water. Tracking food. 10,000 steps. I’ve lost 14 pounds since Feb 29!
I will start my new year with lots of walking and eating less carbs.
Let’s go!!! Looking forward to it
Wow!!!! Im so happy! I get noticed by Dr. Mike☺️You helped me a lot and I watched if not all but most of your videos!!!! Thank You🙏🏽
Can I do home workout instead of gym?
Starting my cut this day, been on body recomp phase for 4 months (more like a bit of dirty bulking a coz i gained a bit of bodyfat in the process and a 2kg increase came in clutch in the end of dec2023😂). Wish me luck.
Ps. Subscriber for almost 7-8 yrs
Don´t forget about insulin, fat do not trigger insulin. So skip carbs that triggers insulin🙂 Protein is in between but is more buildingblock and has thermic effect!!
If the body only can break down between 25 and 30g of protein per meal what happens to the remaining 30 we are having per meal? Is it wasted or eventually used up? I’m aiming for 4 meals 205g per day. Thanks, great content.
You are the best.
Dr. Mike, my maintenance calories per day are 2200
If I cut 500 calories, I am at 1700. Now, if I do 10k steps besides that, I will also burn 500 calories additionally.
So, at the end of the day, I'm at 1200 calories. Is this the right way, or am I overdoing it/getting something wrong?
Hey! It all depends on your goals and how your feelin. Im 500 calories below BMR, work out 6x a week, get 10k steps in a day and also bike for 30 minutes a day, and ive been feelin great. I’ve lost 5 pounds a week since November 1. I get at least 240g a protein (1g per pound of my goal body weight) and I drink a ton of water. And I take electrolytes to the gym when I’m lifting to help with my energy. If you feel sluggish, I would up your calorie intake, and make sure you’re drinking enough water. But if you feel great doing that, keep going! We all rooting for you
I can’t download the training plan? Is anyone else has that issue. I really need something that I can follow in the gym.
I’m really struggling with the diet part, I’m a picky eater and I really have a hard time finding foods that make me feel satisfied while also being in my calorie range 😮💨
Doc, I have lost 60 lbs in the last year. I am now at 191lbs, I am a male, 35 years old and I workout 5 days a week. I consume around 2,000 calories per day. If I increase that number, I begin to gain weight although my maintenance calories are calculated to be 2779/day. I consume the same meals every day - I weigh it all, I know exactly how many calories, carbs, fats and protein I am consuming. Where am I going wrong? My assumption is that it must be metabolic adaptation, but I don't know how to overcome that without undoing all of my progress. Can you or one of your team reach out to me? I would definitely be a good before and after if you were willing to take me on as a client. Thanks
Coach,Iam skinny fat(no much muscle and some bodyfat)can I lose body fat and build muscle with intermittent fasting?
Great, however A LOT for beginner's 💯 🏆
❤️❤️❤️ YOU ARE THE BOMB!!! 💣💣💣
Excellent
What about tracking steps and activity by myfitnesspal with some device, and using no-activity during calculation of basic calories intake. Wouldn't it be more precise? As activity of playing basketball match is completly different from weightlifting.
Thanks for the video @doctormikediamonds what about if you are at your lowest weight & body fat, eat healthy & maintaining since years, workout & balance it with cardio-walking, have a structured program (am certified in fitness & nutrition) yet still have belly fat?
I am not the doc but drastically lowering carbs works for me.
Been there and done that, I'm 14% body fat, a trainer & nutritionist and have been in fitness for more then a decade, regardless of it all, really healthy, I can never get abs. I have made peace with it & it clearly shows me at the end of the day, genetics plays a bigger role than anything else.
@@L.HighVibrationalLiving I also do about 1 hr of cardio 4 days a week. That with the low carb diet helps me maintain a 6 pack all year round.
@@leaningout That's Great! Also it seems you have good genetics. I now for myself go more for wellness then aesthetics and 2024 goal is to build more muscle & be as strong as I can be therefore all macros & nutrients are important in balance.
@@L.HighVibrationalLiving yeah. Pursuing wellness is important and if you do it right the aesthetics will follow too.
Do u consider hidden sugar too?
Dr. Lamborghini🎉 remember me?
So i walk to the gym and back which us 4 miles. Now I'm gunna walk to work which is 4 miles then 1 mile on the tread mill. But my problem is I get full before I get to 2,000 calories. So can I stay at 1,500? I'm 210lbs trying to get to 185lbs.
When I played competitive golf I was walking like crazy & eating really clean but couldn't train with heavy weight. So i put on lil Belly Fat I can only get rid of by (running plus High Intensity Training & or Heavy weights) Walking does nothing for me, unfortunately! That was 6 days a week for 5-10 hours a day. Also caddied 4-8 hours more while carrying 2 (40lb bags) & still couldn't get rid of that stubborn body fat. 😢
