It's ny favorite drama and it's well written. It has its funny moments and sad moments. I like how she is a well written ad a true stronh.female.lead. she is mentally strong and smart.

The video is funny and I liked it but I just wanted to say that the party was because the 2 lotuses were blooming and they are the last 2 lotuses if that kind and the demom dude WANTED to grt them as a gift. He didn't present them as a gift.

Okay, first of all liked this video before I watched because Three Kingdoms 2010 is one of the best shows ever, and then proceeded to really enjoy your wonderful endorsement and take on the show. Really think that while historicity is only further marred by characterisation choices, the novel featuring ghosts can't really talk and the decisions in both make for really fascinating storytelling, the novel series really feeling like an historical record of lineages as told by a pre-medieval spiritualist society, and the series taking that "shades of grey" contemporary approach to drama that makes everybody feel flawed yet approachable, and achieves the original story's aim of a cautionary tale on ambition and statecraft just as beautifully as the source material, if not even more so. Thank you for the amazing video! I've now just bought the Bluray boxset and a bluray player so I can watch this for the 3rd time (And it will look even better now!) :D All the best from the U.K.!

I dunno man, i did watch it some years ago after Three Kingdoms and the ovetlap between the cast made it even better, like it was hilarious to go: wait, why is liu bei the first emperor? LoL (and by good did he do a good job! Hes playing the parts he was missing in TK, like his -quite frankly deserved- arrogance, the majesty of an emperor, imperial wrath and hopelessness, and the sass too lol) Oh but wait, the actors who played the Yuan brothers are in the show, and one of them is a treat to watch to play in a surprising role, and he plays said role for 50 to 60 percent of the show, compared to 10 or something as his role as Yuan Shao There's as mentioned Yuan shu, Liu biao, and many more recognisable faces and others only those of keen eyes may know, despite how big the role they play in both shows. It adds a whole new layer, one that's quite endearing, and funny
