New subscriber Ricky I was in jail in Swansea in 07 \08 it was Blair's government that created the ipp system and I met many inmates serving stupid sentences ipps for commercial burglaries as repeat offenders etc and it just clogged up the system they had to do various courses to satisfy consideration for release like ETS ( enhanced thinking skills ) each was 3 to 6 months long and if I recall there were about 5 in total you had to do before considering you for release none of the prisons did have all the courses or facility's to do them in one place so they were constantly having to move to another prison to find the relevant courses which were usually full and had waiting lists and it completely fucked the system up led to overcrowding and more problems as you quite rightly said this issue has not been resolved and continues to be a serious problem then you had probation recalling everyone to lighten their caseloads which I know still goes on ..this doesn't help matters as you high lighted again in your video but the real problem is they have closed a lot of prisons they are terribly underfunded and have been by successive governments fir years and this problem I don't think will be changed by the new government either ..this country has turned to shit and will only get worse in my opinion unless someone in power says enough !! And stops all the shit going on in and out of jail it will only get worse we need to start again with our laws our approach to societies needs we need an end to tax dodging which harms the common man ( if you wanna bank offshore then fuck off there ) more investment in our services more housing and less political bullshit ...that would be a start to making our country great again and of course remove these unwanted burdens on our whole system ( bogus asylumn seekers) and stop allowing those dickhead s in Brussels to decide our laws ...I'm not racist nor far right just observing our country for what It is ... unfortunately corruption rules

He's been given 3 concurrent life sentences with a minimum term of 15 years 85 days. Oddly enough he wasn't given a SHPO.

Durham jail is a joke.I never even saw a 'nurse'(NHS rejects)when I first arrived.I was on everything but rollerskates both prescribed from my GP & not,& they didn't give me ONE medication to help with withdrawal,& none for any of my other ailments(they even stopped my hayfever tablets).Because of the types of medications & substances I was using during this period I could have literally died from stopping these substances abruptly.They finally said a so called 'rattle pack',& when I tried to speak to the nhs reject behind the barred hatch what was actually in it,'she's didn't know.At first 'she' said something like "various tablets",& when I pressed 'her' she tried to say she was busy(there was no-one behind me).This so called rattle pack consisted of nothing more than a couple paracetamol & a ibuprofen.I literally didn't sleep for three & a half weeks.When I got out I instructed my lawyer to start a case against them,& they responded by saying I "refused" my medication.Believe me,no-one would refuse benzodiazepines,zopiclone,PG'S,juice,because even if they didn't take it,they could sell it for a fortune in there.Securicor ran the 'healthcare' in there.What a joke
