How difficult is it to get out on parole after serving your minimum sentence?
I think just by reading bits that it generally takes 2 to 3 years from when you can apply but very few get the 1st chance and if I'm not mistaken you have to wait 3 years before you can re apply but it will be 15 years of hell and good the dirty monster
He'll struggle getting his first parole as his case is high media, plus his previous convictions won't help him either.
Then if he's nutted off, depending on what section he's on, his sentence will stop while he's in a mental institute.
Would like to think the filthy animal will be inside for a very long time.
Very difficult after the specified time served it's a paper review or oral hearing and you have to satisfy the parole board you don't pose a risk

Yes, in exceptional circumstances, the most recent is nurse Lucy Letby who murdered at least 7 babies and attempted murder of numerous babies got 15 life sentences plus another life sentence last week in the latest trial. She is the 4th British woman to receive the life sentence without possibility of parole. There are more than 70 people serving whole life sentences. I think there was a law passed in 2022 that marks an automatic whole life order for premeditated murder of a child. There used to be an IPP order too where a person could be imprisoned for an indeterminate amount of time basically till it was determined they where no longer a risk to society, that was controversial and can no longer be used but isn't retrospective so the few thousand people who have that sentence cannot appeal.
We do but it doesn’t happen often. The starting point for a WLO (Whole life order) is the perpetrator has to be over 21 when they committed the murder and the victim has to be their intended target.
