Was given spice under the guise of weed . It was sold to me in half ounce deals cheap as £50 , it had some buds in it to disguise it and get the smell of weed . It nearly killed me and made existing ental health issues a lot worse. As I have hindsight in who sold it to me, I truly believe the guy was trying to kill me. Hope he reads this message knowing if he thinks he got away with it to think on “ I’m coming soon “
Another update as of today June 4th - The director of a troubled prison where ten inmates have died in the last three months has stepped down. Heather Whitehead is leaving her post at the privately-run HMP Parc in Bridgend with immediate effect, having taken on the role in August 2023.
😢I have someone I care a lot about in parç and this has been hell ,thank you for talking about this there's four officers arrested for being part of bringing it in and its just been a nightmare😢❤

Only people in wales would of heard about what’s going on in hmp parc, really bad place drugs are rampant I knew 2 boys who have died there. Prison is big business and it seems like G4S are just housing the boys and not doing much more else
I was in Wormwood Scrubs when somebody passed away from spice. I spoke to the guy's padmate and he said he only had a tiny piece of paper ( that it was sprayed on ) it was the size of your finger nail on your little finger. That's all it took.
Talking flash bangs reminded me of when the SAS went into Peterhead prison when they rioted and had a screw on the roof. You can see the flash bangs going off in a documentary about the riot on CZcams.

The park was always lapsy daisey since it opened I was there when it opened brand new three suicides in two months
I knew it was going to happen at some point or another that prison is over populated and under staffed
Your not supposed to go parc unless doing 2 years or more behind the door. I got a 16 month sentence (out after 4 on tag) but did first 12 days in Cardiff before waking up n being told I was off to parc 🤦♂️

Parc is just up the road from me one of the people that died was from the village I live in it’s a really bad filthy place
Live about 30 mins down the road and a friend hasnt long been released from there and I hadnt heard of this either. It's one of only two private prisons in the UK so it's not public government run so that may explain the lack of news, who knows. I know when my buddy was down there he phoned me and said it's full of idiots, younger lads wanting to fight all the time to prove themselves etc.

Contract screws could never work
I work in vehicle recovery and dropped a car to a customer behind the prison. He said that the amount of drones and tennis balls going over is nsane. Run by g4s and apparently its a free for all in there. I know.someone who works in Cardiff prison which is a very different place. More staff but its short term stays
You can't run a prison for profit, G4S should give it up or be taken to account and made to change. Firstly get on the landings and out the offices.
G4S. Stands for, Good For Sod all
Under staffed, staff aren't trained or qualified properly and cons truly run the jail.
After some tornado duty at a g4s nick, some of us were stationed there for a month to maintain control (detached duties) and whenever there was trouble, we'd go towards it, the G4s staff would lock themselves in their office leaving us potentially stranded, theyd just wait to clear up the aftermath. I fell out with more staff at the G4s nicks in a few months, than i fell out with cons during my whole career.
Tell that to the u.s ...all their prisons are private sector. The more prisoners the more profit ..hence the us incarceration population is higher then Canada and Europe combined.

I was in parc about 20 years ago it wasnt this bad we used to get some solid but that was about it. The boys used to get it in through visits. All these new laced drugs seem to be pumped in on purpose too do damage.

Was meant to get shipped from Cardiff to Parc but the screw in Cardiff somehow got he to stay in Cardiff cause I only had a week left, I heard its full of kids.
Cardiff was a good nick though I didn't mind it.

Never heard of fentanyl been sold in the UK unless it's coming off dark web but it's expensive so I can't see dealers putting fentanyl in spice I could be wrong tho but they be no profit from it

Trust me it’s out there and being mixed with brown, drug workers are warning people because so many are overdosing.
Hmp Parc is bout 45min from me and alot of ppl down this way think something is very wrong with the place... That many ppl dying in such a short amount of time and the powers that be do fuck all.
