I was in Hull, Armley, Wetherby and Everthorpe between 86-88. I got out and tried several times to get in the Army, finally getting in aged 28 in 1999. Became a combat medic for several years, went to iraq, then became an offshore, dive and remote medic. We can all change, most of us didnt have good upbringings, just needed a chance.
Remember when you was on your bed in frankland looking up at that ceiling dreaming of these moments it’s crazy how Hope can get you through such adversity

I took my ex girlfriend up Mount Snowdon by the easy route; 6 weeks later she’d deleted all our shared photos on the top from her social media because i wouldn’t take her away again after 6 weeks. It’s a great test not just of yourself but also the stresses of your relationship will be exposed for what they are and you’ll learn a great deal about the other person.
What a great video Ricky and good on you and your wife on your climbing achievement of Ben nevis , I've suffered with mental illness for a lot of years and hit rock bottom and have been suicidal a few times very true what you said about leaving negative thoughts at the bottom and to aim for positive goals , it's not easy to do this but I have slowly started getting there now and it's through walking in lovely places and scenery which do help thanks for the inspiration you give to everyone on your channel mate

not for me that mountain malachy ya did well to get up there not for me the heights just not good be fine if its misty and cloudy but know guys who have issues with cluastropiba well i get it with massive open spaces and the height mixed in with the view on a clear day is just particulary unpleasent and i have to come down before i fall of it
