I only did a year for a violent assault in HMP Leeds but iv come out stringer minded and a completely changed man . Prison made me grow up and now I'm a dad and I'm getting married to a wonderful woman. Prison changed my life for the better. Great content mate keep it up 🤘

I worked in high secure prisons for 13 years was posted to full Sutton, dangerousness at a new level- thought I was going to be assaulted by a high profile inmate after mishandling a visit he was on- cornered me on the wing on my own, I was lucky I managed to talk myself out of it, staff are very vulnerable in these jails.

Yeah the prisoner I think was called Ferdinand liveld he done the attack in long Lartin or frankland and he was a few years in lartin block. It was the pan of oil over the screws head in like 2000 times then they banned oil on the canteen

The guys that killed the guy and disembowled the bacon are called Nathan Mann aged 24 and Michael parr age 33 in frankland prison and the guy they killed was called Mitchell Harrison age 23 they were sentenced to life in Newcastle crown court offence occurred on 1st October 2011 they were questioned about the murder in Durham police station parr got minimum of 32 years while man got minimum of 16 years before being able to apply for parole but as they were both I believe already serving life I believe they will never be released and if they are they will be very old men on release
