It's just like normal location, so they do everything together. Visits are the only exception as they are often mixed, so both VP's and normal location prisoners are in the same room at the same time. We do know this was in a workshop, so it has to be on another VP.

The Frankland screws and Governor will have some serious questions to answer, as to how a quadruple murderer serving a whole life order for murdering a woman and 3 young children with a claw hammer 🔨 was in a position where he had access to a claw hammer amongst other potential weapons in a workshop!. As a whole life tariff prisoner, he had/has absolutely nothing to lose by potentially killing again!. What will happen if the other prisoner dies from his injuries?. There won't be any way that they can sweep that under the carpet!. The governor will be right in the sh*t!. He/she will probably lose their job. I know that prisoners have to work inside Ricky, but he should never be in a position where he can have access to a claw hammer!. Anyway Ricky, thanks for keeping us all informed mate. Oh I just read of this guy, terrifying and heartbreaking. He is one guy the prisoners need to serve justice too. Thinking how he could rape that child as she lay dying omg. This country is too soft on the very violent prisoners and too harsh putting some in for not paying a tv licence
