Might treat myself to it. Looking to get back into fitness and no real time for a gym. So limited to a bench and dumbells. The best I was ever at was through doing chest dips on the kitchen bench and pull ups on a bar in Me garage.
Dug out Bronson's solitary fitness book from the loft a while back but it could never get me motivated. Nor can the CZcams routine videos. So shall treat myself next month.
