What I got from this is the left's concerns about anti-democratic behavior are based on real problems, while the right's are based on conspiracy theories.

Maybe because with our own eyes we could see that a guy who ran his whole campaign from a basement, and couldn't even get 25 people to show up at his rallies, somehow managed to get 81 million votes? 13 million more than Barack Obama got in 2008. We're just supposed to take that at face value, when I went to bed on election night at around midnight, assuming that Trump won the presidency, only to find out that the 3:00 a.m. vote drops that were all for Biden were somehow legitimate? Only a fool would think that there wasn't at least something nefarious going on. And when there was such a desire to squash any kind of legitimate looks into it, it makes people that much more cynical. There is no way in hell. There is no way in hell Joe Biden got 81 million votes. I'll say that till the day I die. He is a fraud.

so my question is to all you podcasters and focus groups.... why don't you tell these people who believe in conspiracys that they are believing lies and bring the receipts. It seems to me that could be a huge change to getting people out of their brainwashed stated and voting for the side that is for ALL the people.

North Dakota and South Dakota have the same number of Senators as California and New York. In the House of Representatives Democrats are in the minority but they represent 100 million more people than Republicans. George Bush and Donald Trump did not win the popular vote but they won the electoral college and appointed 6 out of 9 Supreme Court justices. Elections cost billions of dollars, people are being purged from voter rolls, and some people have to wait hours to cast a vote. American elections are not free and fair. American democracy is very weak and flawed. You cannot fix what you refuse to acknowledge.

I "lean" Trump and believe the election was rigged, but not by "illegals" or "dead" people voting, but by "RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA", an impeachment based on a "perfect" phone call and Covid era changes in voting rules. William Barr recommended challenging those rules. but Trump ignored that advice, and most likely lost because of them. Now the DOJ is an unregistered PAC for Trump, getting him 24/7 coverage helping him with Black men and Latinos. So funny. Trump will win 2024 in those same districts he lost in 2020.

Unfortunately, Trump will win. America will be attacked worse than 9/11/01 and what happens to Biden will result in him no longer being our president. These two things will happen this year. Kamala will be the first female president, albeit for a very short time. Trump will be elected out of fear as he will campaign on the premise that only he can save us and keep us safe. Then 7 years of hell, persecution and then annihilation. EOTW is 2032. I pray I'm wrong.

But doesn't it feel like it's actually Trump who's having major problems consolidating his Republican base? Haley is still getting ~20% of votes after she dropped out. And that's in closed primaries. That means people are so pissed at him, instead of staying home, they got into a car and voted for a candidate who's already dropped out of the race. That's rage against him.
