I think trump will pick Noem. The far right doesn’t like Scott and they would scream that trump is doing DEI with Scott and trump has more of a woman voter problem than a POC voter issue.

Doug Burgum would have been my top pick. He didn't sound extreme on the GOP debate stage, immediately endorsed Trump, and now they seem to have a good relationship (fellow billionaires with no political experience who were elected in 2016 might have helped). Plus, Trump adopted his stance on abortion. Doug Burgum said to leave it up to the states when he was running for president. He's also a governor and comes across as mild mannered. I would not be surprised at all if Trump picked him.

More seriously, biologists have looked into why human menstrual cycles are on average the same length as lunar cycles (~28 days), and as far as we can tell, there is no relationship between the two. Which I guess makes sense when you consider that other animals aren't don't have fertile periods linked to the moon either.

Typically people hunt & eat "wood pigeon" which is a different species and significantly larger than the standard urban pigeon. It's quite tasty!

I've eaten pigeon. It's not an uncommon meat at all in Southern Europe. My grandad's brother had a columbarium and reared pigeons himself. It's leaner than chicken and makes good stew or soup broth. I don't get what's so gross about it. Of course I wouldn't eat a New York pigeon, though...

Research your history: they were exclusive to peerage, and wealthy bourgeoisie. Aren’t all you bougie-bougie living in your $4000/mo. dwellings in NYC? That’s a house payment anywhere else, btw. The pigeon hypothetical is basically why the majority of non-vegans actually think animals are disgusting and shouldn't be eaten, but have cognitive dissonance and eat it regardless since animal products are so prevalent and apart of culture.

@@milk_bath Tim Scott isn’t a DEI hire, he is a US Senator from South Carolina and I like his politics. I think he would be a great choice for domestic issues and he could do a lot more to implement his opportunity zones as a VP than he could as a Senator. Why do you think he is a DEI hire?
