The F-150 getting knocked up into the air like that means more of the energy (impact) is going into the truck and less of it is going into you. With the cybertruck, it looks like far less of the energy is going into the truck and more of it is going into you. You shouldn't care if the vehicle can drive away from a crash, you should care if the person inside the vehicle is still alive or badly injured from the crash.

You want this as it allows for less force to be transferred. In the CT, the driver comes to a more sudden stop and their head turns upwards. You don't want that.

In my most recent FSD software version (12.3.6) I have been running into a serious issue with its driver attention being triggered *when I am paying the most attention to the road* because that is when I am least paying attention to exactly how much force I am applying to the steering wheel. The fact that the force has to be so close to the point where I would be taking over by force means that the driver attention system itself takes too much attention. I have now twice had it disengage for the remainder of a drive, while I was getting ready to take over because it wasn't handling a lane change properly. This just happened today on a freeway exit for going to work where it has to move over a couple of lanes to get into a right turn lane, but where it only gets over far enough quickly enough 50% of the time. This was after it dinged me several times on the freeway for watching what vehicles were doing in front of me instead of watching the touch screen to see if it was complaining about the amount of force I was applying to the steering wheel. If there was a two second grace period between the ding about paying attention and the application of force, then I wouldn't have to pay attention to both the screen *and what is happening in front of me* to avoid being dinged for not paying attention. It is like the only part of "paying attention" that it cares about is paying attention to the freakin screen!

Thank God this ridiculous thing is not allowed in Europe.

Questions for any Tesla fsd experts 🙋 ! It’s about the no turn on red lights and if Tesla able to follow a no turn on red sign? Does Tesla have this completely mapped or does it use its cameras for this? Or is it an issue? One video I watched it looked like it handled it (or do u just have to hold the break and release break and then it goes?) but I’m not sure ? Does holding the break just stop the car and upon release the fsd continues or does touching anything like the gas or break or turning the wheel totally disengages the fsd??? Also is Tesla using all the data from all fsd users to automatically improve? Last question is the fsd constantly using data (from starlink or 5g towers? Is another sub question) while driving with the cameras to make choices or is it just using the software with the cameras but without internet ? Will it stop for school buses? Will it slow in school zones (just when school zone lights are activated)? Will it yield to ambulances? Thank you for anyone that can answer my hundred different questions ! 🙏

It's fugly.. and pretty big.. I saw one in Bellevue the other day.. and it was really big.. honestly I'd rather have a Cummins diesel.. The ev infrastructure for charging stations is sub par.. and considering I offroad / overland frequently.. I can absolutely trust in a gas or diesel rig.. offroad currently.. I cannot fully put much if any faith in any ev.. and if I currently did it would be a rivian suv.. And my rig will never be and has never been just a pavement princess..
