    ... blue? You had it 'blue' before it went in the oven. Blue is practically raw. 1-2 mins each side. Literally just enough to kill the out layer of bacteria.

    3 mins per side is too much, hotter pan, clarified butter and less time should fix that. Also, might want to wrap it in the oven.

      We add water with gas, so it creates enough bubbles in the pancakes. Like this we don’t need to use soda for example. It’s easier🙌

    How did you grill it on the Lotus for two hours? Two hours of grill on the Lotus requires refueling with charcoal + re-igniting 3-4 times. Every time You refuel and re-ignite, the temperature would drop below 100 degrees for minutes, which - accordng to the video - should be avoided.

      I used charcoal from lotus, if handled correctly, you can have heat up to 3,5 hours.

    Hi Koko! Is the smoky taste the same as an actual charcoal grill or at least similar. Im looking to make turkish kebab with adana and for authenticity you need charcoal and i don't have an outside area for grilling!

      Hi, thank you for the question. In lotus grill you actually use real charcoal. If you want to have a smoky flavor home, just get some dry sticks of your favourite tree next to your house. Put the sticks in a pot, light them up, put a plate with desired meat on top, and close it with a lid. It will generate enough smoke to penetrate the meat.

      @@KokoCooks For my steaks I use a ninja foodie pan - not cast iron as they also release toxins - and in the oven I use glassware. You could use a decent steel oven tray no problem. If I had a decent kitchen I would use a Gas Grill but luckily I live near to several BBQ restaurants.

      @@KokoCooks Pink salt and organic black pepper. I had it today mixed into saute’ cabbage and broccoli with garlic, ginger, lemon, cayenne. So good! I’m going make another one on Monday. A girl from Czechoslovakia said to try it with no water low crockpot overnight. I want to try that too. I bet it would be good in a smoker!!

      Beef oxtail & femur broth is my fav broth but cheeks make lots of collagen gelatin too! I give some to my big dogs too for their joints. 🤗 They love it!
